I am super satisfied with both this company & their product. First, there are so many companies out there to choose from. But I felt more confident buying from Quasar MD because they are the pioneers of at home red light therapy. which made me trust the quality of their products. Then, when I was in the process of cjoosing the product and purchasing, I had a few interactions with customer service that really made me feel more comfortable. They even alerted me to a sale that was about to happen, which saved me some money, which I very much appreciated. The product has been great, too. I have a chronic immune disorder, which can cause inflammation & even joint pain. When I use this product for 20-30min, I have actually felt that pain dissipate. Very pleased, overall. I will definitely stick with this company when buying more RLT products.

There are many uses for red light therapy, but my review is specifically for those who live with chronic pain & fatigue.

I have Fibromyalgia & Psoriatic Arthritis and this bag has been such a blessing. It's always scary making such a large purchase like this online - especially when there's so many scammers out there selling crappy, illegitimate products. But, I did a ton of research and when the QuasarMD Red Light Therapy Bag went on sale, I decided to take the plunge. Best decision ever.

My conditions seemed to be getting worse. I wasn't sure why, but my flare-ups had gotten much more frequent. I didn't want to take more medication, but something had to give. The research indicated red light therapy could be a very viable option in helping my conditions. I was still skeptical, but desperate enough to give it a chance. And IT WORKS!! Im not saying I don't have flare-ups, I do. What I am saying is this red light therapy bag has been an incredible addition to my inflammatory, autoimmune "toolbox". When used consistently, it has made a significant difference in several ways: 1. It has caused a decrease in the frequency of my flare-ups. 2. When I do have a flare-up, it helps with the intensity level of my discomfort. 3. It has shortened the duration of my flare-ups. 4. It just feels good. And, HUGE BONUS, I dont sweat like crazy. There is a detectable inner warmth, like I can feel it penetrate into my muscles & bones, but I don't need a shower afterwards (at least on the settings I currently use). I have been using this bag since late December of 2025, and I don't think I've even scratched the surface of all the different modes & things it's capable of. Right now, "P2" for 40 minutes does the trick. But I like knowing the bag has many more levels & settings, should my body switch gears.

Now, I'm not gonna sit here and say it's a miracle cure or that it's 100% gonna work for you. Everyone is different. Every pain journey is different. What I will say with confidence, is that it is 100% worth giving it a try. The science regarding the benefits of red light therapy is there and this particular product (& company) is indeed legit. The bag is easy to set up, use & store. My Fibromyalgia & Psoriatic Arthritis remain & I still struggle. But this bag has 100% made a difference in the quality of my life and that's all we can ask from any product.

FIrst, I like the quality of the way the QuasarMD blanket or sleeping bag as some call it is made. It arrived in a timely manner and I read all the material and also looked up on line for additional tips.
I had read about the quality 2,052 of the number of LEDs and that the wavelength of 660nm and 850nm was important to be effective to do the most benefit. Also you have the pulsed modes as an option.I have not yet use this method. I have read extensively about these devices and feel it is important to research first before trying something new and also asking your doctor.

I do 3 sessions a week sometimes more if I do it every other day. My skin texture has improved and so has the even toning. I also notice my spider veins on my right leg are starting to fade I will be very happy if this continues. I can report back at a later date. I do not go in the sun like I use to, other than my daily chores and routine. I am also going by other people positive comments about my skin appearance. This is unsolicited feedback so I know I am doing something right and I give credit to my QuasarMD blanket. They do not know I am using the QuasarMD blanket.

It is good to know that I a 76 years old male and I have the type of skin that goes with reddish hair and freckles that uses to burn when I went in the sun. And yes, I have had past skin damage. This has not happened with this device. I thought it important to say that.
My dermatologist is aware I am using this and many offices that offer facials now use red-light therapy as part of their treatment. I should also say that I do follow a routine of taking care of my skin from head to toe.

The blanket is easy to clean. I put it on my bed and prop it up on the head end with pillows. Actually I have a med-cline that makes it perfect but you can use just pillows. For most people I think using a bed is the best setup. If you have a spare guest room you can leave it set up all the time.

I use my iPhone as a backup to time myself. I will wait another week or so before increasing the time. Right now it is on the lowest setting.

I also feel it is important when reading reviews that people mention as many variables as they are comfortable with in their statement, like their sex and age. I am married for over 40 years, I workout, do not use alcohol, try and keep my weight down, no drug use other than the ones prescribed for my continued health. I have a regular bedtime get 8 hours of sleep and have a positive outlook on life. I think all of these things have an effect on how successful you will be with anything you do. I am happy with my QuasarMD device.

I’ve had my mat for a few months now and am overall satisfied with product. Had one technical issue that was resolved fairly quickly. I use the 660 setting the most to target loose and aging skin. There is also a setting to target deeper muscle tissue. If I’m sore I’ll use the ALL setting that targets skin tightening and deep tissue. You can immediately feel your body relax and the achiness float away. I highly recommend this mat and will probably use for life!!!

I do like this Red light therapy mat. I have benefited from regular use. The arthritis pain and trigger finger in my hands has improved. My hip pain has improved. I have faster muscle recovery after playing pickleball. There are few things that can be improved on. The mat is not wide enough and I dont get proper coverage for my arms. The top mat keeps sliding to the side. Also too many wires around the mat and remotes are a bit hard to use when lying on the mat.

QuasarMD’s products are great! I have the mask and it’s the most comfortable mask I’ve ever worn. Having all the different choices of light therapies are the biggest challenge lol, but I am truly loving this device! I also have the neck and dec device and have had noticeable improvement: even my husband noticed! I am now thinking about the hand device…

I love my equipment!! I feel relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time!!

This mask was recommended to me by someone who worked at a high end spa. She told me it had the correct wavelength to affect the deep dermis that creates collagen. I’ve been using this for a few mo the now and I notice a visible difference in my skin plumpness and fine lines. When used with the right Korean serums and consistent regimen it makes a significant difference in my face. Very happy with the results!

I have the full body mat
that has far infrared and red light therapy. I can use the modes independently or at the same time. I may have jumped in too soon and used it for longer than recommended! So I was not initially getting the results I was looking for. But once I started using it for no more than 20 minutes at a time, I noticed that my muscle soreness after working out didn’t last as long and that my skin texture is evening out. I like that it’s a full body mat so that I can either put it on top of me like a blanket or I can lay down on it. I’m only 5 foot two and it is more than long enough.

First of all, it was very easy to order QuasarMD. The product is great, perfectly fits the description, arrived on time and very well packaged. I am recovering from a surgery and have been using it a couple of times a week. I truly believe QuasarMD is helping my recovery. Great product.

I am a repeat QuasarMD customer, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

Several months ago, I purchased a QuasarMD red light therapy mat and have been very happy with it. Based on that positive experience, I purchased a second mat for our 2nd residence.

Unfortunately, the second mat failed after approximately two hours of use.

Since reporting the defect, I have been subjected to endless troubleshooting requests. I’ve sent photographs, videos, emails, and repeated explanations. I have cooperated fully with every request, yet I still do not have a replacement, refund, or meaningful resolution. I am continually pushed to the website to troubleshoot.

What concerns me most is not that a product failed. Manufacturing defects happen. What matters is how a company responds when they occur.

For a product costing more than $800, I expected customer service that stood behind the product. Instead, I have spent weeks being bounced between Amazon and QuasarMD while receiving more directions for troubleshooting rather than an actual remedy.

I am no longer seeking troubleshooting assistance. I am seeking a replacement or refund for a product that failed almost immediately.

If QuasarMD ultimately resolves this matter, I will gladly update this review. Until then, prospective buyers should understand that my experience with warranty and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

I find the controls are hard to use. There were no detailed instructions in the box. I wish there was an easier way to navigate through the settings and an explanation sheet to guide what settings support what results. I don't know if how I am setting the controls is what I need or not.

I first saw this full body red light mat at my chiropractor’s office and was surprised by how solid and well-built it looked. As a marathon runner who also does Pilates several times a week, recovery is always a struggle, so I decided to try it.

I’ve been using it after my long runs and for 30 minutes before bed, and I can honestly feel a difference the next morning. I sleep better, and my legs don’t feel as heavy, and the usual soreness is much more manageable. The LED coverage is super even, and I like that it combines 630nm and 850nm. It feels like it reaches both the surface inflammation and deeper muscle fatigue.

Overall, it’s become a helpful part of my recovery routine, and I’m glad I picked it up.

Delivery was fast & well packaged.I’ve been using the QuasarMD mat for a few months now & I’ve been loving it! The convenience of it to just roll it out & lay down on it feeling the warm heat & the red light on my body feels so relaxing. I don’t know if red light is really doing something to my body, but I feel great. I’m on my 60s, I don’t have any issues on pain yet, but if this helps for prevention & healing, them I’m happy. The quality is great, easy to clean.

So far so good... It is very comfortable and covers your whole body. Love it
