postnl.. the drama continues... such a bad service and parcel ...lost..

shipped a parcel on the 29th of june.. and still no updates in their system on the 7th of july??? 20 min on hold to their customer service and then you get some one on the line who barely speaks dutch.. and then you get put on hold for an other 20 min as they have no clue where the parcel is... and then they claim they are the number1 transporter for webshops with an 4.3 out of 5 rating on their website.. they are delusional.. what a bad bad service they have.. never ever would recommand postnl to no one!

Package damaged during delivery, absolute logistical nightmare

Package was damaged during delivery and for them it was much easier to return the package all the way where it came from rather than just complete the delivery. Extremely inconvenient as I had left the country, but 'no worries' they tell me, they will leave it at a neighbor or at a PostNL point. I had asked a friend to go pick it up the day of the delivery. I was not worried about the missed delivery as they had assured me they would leave it at a neighbor or PostNL point, but no. They sent it all the way back to the sorting centre, and my friend needed to leave by the next day so I wasted a lot of time with that and money on the train tickets for my friend.

The returning package cannot be rerouted at any point of delivery to make up for their extremely inconvenient procedure.

My experience with the shipping process…

My experience with the shipping process in general has been awful. I have previously had a shipment lost by PostNL valued at €500, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue and demand compensation, they showed no care or responsibility. It seems both the stors such like De Wit Schijndel and the logistics partners like Post.nl lack basic accountability. I strongly advise everyone to avoid both for their own peace of mind.

For the past 5 years the delivery…

For the past 5 years the delivery driver of my region just doesn't try to deliver them, he brings them to a place that is officially the same street as mine but it's kilometers away. I have complained about this to the bot, the workers, emails and calls and nothing has changed. It's a shame i can't always choose who gets to deliver cause this is ridiculously ignored.

Well I never thought I'd be writing this. But credit where its due posted a parcel at 17.30 hours and believe me if you wish .It was delivered the very next day approximately 24 hours later
See they can do it. Keep up the Good Work 🤣🤣

Parcel lost - PostNL only tried to deliver it once

I'm just getting the same answer all the time.
PostNL has my parcel and doesn't want to deliver it to the recipient's address. PostNL has tried once, but that's it.
Now PostNL wants to send it back to the sender (me) but cannot because there's no sender's address for some reason (I put it when I bought the shipment with PostNord).
So, I'm now telling PostNL what my address is so that the parcel can reach me. It's a parcel worth €1,000, so it matters. But still, PostNL just sent me an automated reply that I should contact PostNord. PostNord doesn't want to do anything and doesn't have the parcel either. PostNL could just ship the parcel to me (using my address) or to the recipient - trying to deliver it for a second time. But no.
So, I will never use these once-public postal services again. It's simply risky when they cannot get a parcel from A to B.

very similar experience as people that gave 1 star review.
My package did not came , asked them about it , dealing with bot for some time, finally got some lady that only told me that i must contact the seller even that i have all papers and tracking number. They only wash themselves of any wrongdoing.
What a shame and scam , can not belive this is happening in Nederland

I don’t use a business if they send with postnl

Postnl service has gotten so bad that I actively avoid purchasing from a company if they only offer postnl for delivery. 2/3 deliveries end up getting lost or delivered so far away that it needs to be returned or waste 90mins getting a single parcel. Today is no different and it's the last straw.

You cannot offer any feedback or advice without talking to that useless god forsaken bot called daan. All customer service goes out the window. I can’t believe the Dutch population puts up with this terrible company.

Wasted hour of my life

I opened a chat at 18:00. Then the bot 70x time asked me to say "yes" to keep the damn chat open, just to then never get a reaction. At 19:00 everybody probably went home and left me hanging. Wasted a full hour of having to stay at the PC to keep the chat alive.

Whoever invented this system should be fired.

I worked at PostNL as a Process…

I worked at PostNL as a Process Coordinator, which is basically the manager of a complete distribution center with between 250-500 people. after my trial period, in the second month, I resigned. By law there should be a notice period of 1 month. However, they stopped my contract directly and stopped nearly all communications. This company is breaking the law and really doesn't care about its employees. A terrible company!!!

Never received my package

Never received my package.
That held MEDICAL ITEMS.
But their system of "all mail-packages are automatically signed as delivered even if they aren't yet" along with "no mail/package ? Wait 5 business days and then contact us" made sure that even the employee I contacted didnt know what to do except refer me to the webshop where I did my purchase.
So kudos PostNl ! Not only you lose my stuff, make me wait time I could've perhaps found a faster solution only to ping pong me back to the webshop whilst cleaning your hands of any wrongdoing !

My stolen package

It's been a year since I posted a parcel from Amsterdam to Paris, i paid for fast and tracking delivery but the package was stolen, loss or damage and the post office in the Netherland hasn't compensate me or take any responsability for it. I had all the receipts and pictures of my parcel. The post office in the Netherlands is the worse in the entire world, this is the 2 package that I lost. They take your money and don't do the service they are suppose to do. It's fraud what they are doing. Just look the reviews because everybody is complaining about gow bad this post office is

Next Day Delivery took 3 days. (Saturday Delivery Promised)

My Package had to be delivered Saturday midday. I was waiting on my terrace right infront of my door till the delivery vehicle comes.nothing came and delivery was unsuccesful and had to pick it up from their "outlet" location. it is monday evening now. outlet closes within 30 minutes and still didnt receive

Without to come home just dropping the…

Without to come home just dropping the envelope anywhere!
Was waiting for a lleter with papers from another country, and the delivery person ni tryed to pass by the direction to drop it in the mailbox, just leaved at service point, like anybody was at home!!!! Liars!!! And now i need to excuse from the work and had extra issues just for one person who lazy to do him work properly, very bads experiences with this company and it's not first time, never changing stories.
