Product was delivered without any way to charge it and then after one day, the battery wouldn’t charge so I sent it back to you and when they did send away to charge it, it only worked for one day

This is the best designed affordable vaporizer I have ever used. It produces excellent vapor it is easy to keep clean the glass mouth pieces are first rate and the Storage pods work excellently and help to keep the vaporizer very clean. I am an avid aromatherapy user and have been disappointed by recent products such as The plume pax PAX and the boundless CFX. Each has numerous problems none of which your vaporizer has. Y the only criticism I have is with your charging cord which does not comply with any charger I have seen in the last 15 years. fortunately the charging cord from my barely useful CFX works with your Lobo. for give the weird print this is auto dictated but the bottom line is I love your product so much I have purchased two in the last few months if you like you can send me a useful charging cord it would be appreciated, and you should look into this but I’m so happy with this vaporizer I’ll forget this minor annoyance thank you

Im still new to these products but one thing that made Planet of the vapes my overall pick is their return policy. I got to try a product that i didn't like and return it. I think i lost 20 bucks on restoring/stocking. They had sales reps wanting to chat with me to find a product i liked bc i would have received more credit if i bought another vape. No hassle return 10/10

I understand that international shipping can experience delays, but this situation has gone far beyond what is reasonable. I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order and a realistic delivery estimate. If the order cannot be delivered soon, I would like to discuss a refund or another appropriate solution.
