Everything was beautiful and they were nothing short of excellent. They were very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The place is up on a mountain very private and the scenery is beautiful. Towards the end of the season now so it was too cold to swim in the pool but the hot tub was lovely! This is definitely a great little paradise and fun escape from reality. 

The Nightfall group were fantastic hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and helped us with anything we needed. Extremely friendly and genuine - I'll be very lucky and surprised if I ever come across better hosts than them. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos: completely spotless with everything you need and amazing views both early in the morning and late at night. I couldn't recommend staying here enough.

Honestly, I can’t think of a better travel agency out there. When I first found The Nightfall Group, I emailed them and immediately headed back from them. I got in contact with one of the agents there, and in the matter of 2 hours they sent me multiple options for my trip to LA. I booked the same day with them. I will book again with them!!

The Nightfall Group is literally the best travel agency I have ever booked with. This year, I really wanted to go all out for my partner’s birthday week, so I decided to give the Nightfall Group a try. From start to finish, they took all my stress that usually comes with booking etc. away. They made the process really easy and I stayed in a beautiful mansion in Beverly Hills (we’re originally from Minnesota, so we were craving the LA sun). The mansion we booked was so clean and everything we hoped for and more. I also wanted to surprise my partner with a private chef and a yacht, which the Nightfall Group made it super easy for me to book. I will book with them every year from now on. The travel agent helping us was super friendly and helpful as well. If you want a luxurious vacation or getaway, book with them!!!!

They are the best in the luxury rental business, I booked a weekend stay in a beautiful Hollywood hills mansion! The host was great and super on top of our needs for restaurant recommendations and activities!
I recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury venue in Los Angeles.

STAY AWAY!!

My wife and I rented one of their properties for our wedding after making a payment of $10,000, along with another $10,000 as a deposit. The owner of the house visited the venue after the event and praised our wedding coordinator for how well and clean the house looked.
However, a few days later, we received absurd photos via text showing large scratches on the living room floor, and we were unjustly accused of causing the damage. To resolve the issue, we involved a floor specialist, went altogether for an inspection of the floor, and provided extensive photo/video evidence to prove that we were not responsible for the damage. We also found many other older damages under the other couches.

Despite our efforts, the agency disappeared when we demanded the return of our USD 10,000. As a result, we took legal action against the Nightfall Group and its owner (who we later discovered was also the owner of the house). We pursued the matter in court and we won the case. We followed up multiple times. Yet, nearly 4 months after the verdict, they have just disappeared and we know we have been scammed.

I am leaving out many of the details as there would be too much to tell, but our overall experience with these people has been horrible. They stole our $ 10,000, definitely not what you wish for your wedding.
