Everyone was great and answered all my questions, making the process easy and painless. This was my first time purchasing a phone for our business office, so I had nothing to compare it to. However, it was all great and I would do it again.

I had a Skype number for years and it was "ok" in the sense that it was inexpensive. However, there were things that it simply could not do as well as a modern IP system, thus the switch. Nextiva was great in quickly porting my long term number over to their system and keep me up and running seamlessly.

Extremely disappointed in Nextiva
We are a small company and was promised the moon and instead received blue cheese. I've had service with Nextiva for 10 days and 7 of those days, the services that I paid for did not work. More hours than I care to explain were spent with Nextiva to correct the issue, which caused lost revenue. Today, I asked for help with what I thought was a simple fix and was on the phone for more than hour. Determining that my time was more valuable than the time spent trying to have Nextiva correct the issue, we decided to cancel our services. I am now paying for a year of service for 10 days of grief. I would not recommend any business use Nextiva services if they value their time.

Bad Support and Service
Nextiva service and prior experience with support is awful. I've been a customer since 2018 and the last time i dealt with support they messed up our configuration and we lost service to most of our phones. We then decided to just reduce the numbers and keep it simple but they wont let you out of the contract.
My customer service person today was very understanding and helped me out. I would give him 5 starts as I am very happy with him individually but that has not been my experience in the past with customer support at Nextiva.
