Marco Loretti 

2 months ago I bought 2 watches. 1 white and 1 suppose to be blue but the messed up and sent me black.

Never responded about the problem. Fine. I left it like that.

Now after 2 months the white one stopped. Do not work anymore. I talked with somebody on facebook messenger, they told me to send an email. I did and nothing happened anymore.

They do not have a phone number to talk with them in case of such problems. Just mails like 20 years ago.

First and the last time when I will buy from all this scammers.

I bought 1+1 glasses. The others were different from the ones I ordered. I contacted M L because they didn't suit me. I got a reply that I could ask for others or a refund. They surprised me very positively because they refunded the entire amount of the bill. They also didn't ask return. I use one and they are of very good quality, they come in a nice box with a cloth for wiping. Thank you Marco Loretti. You have my trust and I will continue to be your customer.

I bought 1+1 sunglasses, one pair came good, the other one was damaged. I returned the same day the other pair and after 3 weeks did not get any response. I sent 20 emails and messages on Facebook but nothing.

I haven’t recived my package yet, so I can’t say anything about the quality of the product. However, my card was charged twice for one product. I would like to be refunded the amount of money that was charged (101,98€) or legal action will be taken.

i got a burnaro for my bday and its an ok watch the only thing i dont like about it its the date thingits glitcy and sometimes stuck but overall a dood watch

Ordered my watch then a few days later i was told to send my personal info to someone before shipping can be completed. NO OTHER WATCH COMPANY or SHIPPER DOES THAT. So i believe this is a scam

I recently purchased a watch from this “company” and was incredibly disappointed with the product and the customer service. The watch was defective and the took forever to respond, they wanted me to ship the product back to Slovenia from the US, but did not provide a shipping label or any other information besides the “address” where I was supposed to send it. The customer service was non-existent. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this “company”. Avoid them at all costs.

Need a return label the watch was not what I expected too small!

I looked for a wristwatch for a while now, wanted somewhat unique but nice look for my first own watch, and when I found this, it was love at first sight. I bought a 'PORTOFINO BLUE', it arrived after 3 days (today), which here is fast. The weight is good, you can feel it on your wrist, the look is as good as on the pictures, the price is totally nice. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Glasses are wery comftarable, corectly made with high designed style and special frame. I simply like and enyoy to wear them.
