I ordered a phone case for iPhone 16 Pro Max fits perfectly and it's good quality, the magnet is actually strong and can hold the phone steadily. Also ordered the screen protector for iPhone 16 and I'm very pleased with it so far. It was quite easy to install, the screen is actually smoother than with most other products.
Also a huge shoutout to Aly from Customer Support, very helpful and nice, helped me clear the mistake I made when I was choosing the model of phone for the phone case.

This review is only about customer service as I haven’t tried the camera covers yet on my phone. But I ordered the wrong ones, completely my fault, and I called them to exchange them and they said not to worry about it. I was to Keep the ones they originally sent and the sent me out the proper ones same day. Amazing customer service.

Lets start with the good:

Customer services is great, when there was a problem with my order I was immediately sent a new protector for my phone. The employees were very polite and it was a painless experience which is so important nowadays.

The protector was easy to install and the dust-free applicator was great!

Now, unfortunately, the bad:

The protector itself is not very good. Despite boasting an anti-scratch, heavy-duty features- the product simply doesnt work.
I tripped and fumbled my phone the other day, it did not land hard. However the screen protector was cracked in multiple places, chipped in the corner, and was severely scratched. All this from a maybe two foot drop as I was walking to work.
The protector also didnt feature the privacy-darkening tilt. Though maybe I simply bought the wrong one.

I have purchased tempered glass protectors off Amazon at half the price that held up better.
It's been a huge disappointment. After watching all the ads I was excited to try this product. It felt like an investment in my new phone, especially at the price.

I would have given a 1 star of it hadnt been for the first 2 good mentions.

My advice: you can find the equivalent or better for cheaper.

Excited to try these out, was bummed mine somehow got cracked within the first 2 weeks eventho I had not dropped my phone? Magic John customer service was wonderful tho and already got on sending me a replacement. Hopeful this was just a flawed screen protector to start and won’t happen with the next one.
Easy to install and I do like it, hoping this next one goes better for wear.

First cover saved my wife's iphone 17 pro from a display damage.
Just the Magic John glas was broken.
Reordered immediatly. High recommendation!

Great Customer Service
Had some issues with my order and they took the time to help me get the correct item shipped as soon as they could.

I recently got a new cell phone and watch so I did some research and found the Magic John reviews and decided upon them. They were very easy to install and look very nice, the touch response on my phone is excellent and the camera lens cover is wonderfully clear. I did make one error when I placed my order and so I received an incorrect protector for my watch, I contacted customer support and got a very quick response that they would send me out the exact one I need for my watch, again the error was on my part but they were willing to provide what I needed. They went above and beyond with their product, I am very pleased and will recommend them to my friends.

I purchased my first Magic John screen protectors several months ago and loved them. The quality was fantastic and both screen protectors did their job well (as on two separate occasions, I dropped my phone on a rock, chipping the protector but leaving my phone unharmed).

When ordering my second pair, I accidentally selected the wrong size. After reaching out to customer service, I couldn’t be more pleased. A very kind representative named Ally took care of the situation and arranged for the correct product to be sent my way.

My experience with Magic John has been stellar, and I’m sure that I will be a lifetime customer after this experience.

Customer service is absolutely incredible;they message back within 2 days and are really professional,but still kind,good quality and would absolutely recommend it

The screen is great quality and the process in applying the screen is reasonably straight forward. I had adhesion issues when I put my Quad Lock case on the iPhone.
In the conversation with Magic John staff, they were sympathetic and supportive. There doesn't seem to be a work around with heavier iPhone cases. However Magic John have sent me a complimentary screen protector and I will try again to see if I can get it a bit bette, but I think the phone cover is an ongoing issue.

I ordered the screen protectors and a case. The screen protectors have been excellent and I really like that there is the privacy option. I received the wrong case unfortunately, but Aly with customer service was really helpful in getting the right one sent out. I’m excited for the case to arrive but otherwise I’m really happy with my purchase despite the mistake!

Awesome customer service and very fast replacement for an Item that I damaged deffinatly story would recommend any and all products and service to anyone who asks

So far all the items I bought from Magic John meet all my expectations. I love how products were thoughtfully and intentionally made for the consumers. And this is not just 1 product . I bought several and they were all exceptional and not to mention the very good and efficient customer service.

Aly is the best, I made an error on my end when I ordered from magic john and she helped though correcting the order with no additional charges please give Aly a raise ! Thank you from a real person.

I realized I had ordered the wrong size and emailed their support team asking if I could get a refund and they offered (same day) to send me an entirely new one. Extremely good customer service as well product.

Great products, great service. When one of my cables failed even past the warranty they still replaced it as a sign of good faith. Every product I’ve used otherwise has been great quality. Highly recommend.

First i had a issue in a cargo shipment that was lost, magic john refunded me.
Then one of my screen protections got a screcht out of nowhere, i truly dont know how it happened and they gave me a replacement.
