Very efficient and courteous service and detail and explanation excellent

It was my first time getting my ears cleaned out today. I now feel like a different person after Elenor sorted them out and made my hearing 10 times better. Superb !

Having experienced the hearing services of other high street hearing specialists, i have been so impressed with Leightons in Windsor - They have carried out hearing test that others haven’t offered. “Attif” is a total professional - I can’t recommend them highly enough.

To provide excellent customer service and quality care consistently is a very tall order for any establishment but happy to say that Leightons in Sutton have done and, continue to, do nothing short of that over the many years I have been a customer/patient.

The shop ambience, outlay and warm welcome at reception, the high end quality products, the state of the art testing & scanning equipment, the proficiency, expertise, care & guidance provided by the Optometrist and Dispensing Optician along with a very dedicated & thorough team are all testament to the high standard and 'cut above the rest' service provision that Leightons Sutton offers.

For those who need a little more care & regular monitoring, the MyLeightons monthly payment care plan is an excellent plan for regular check ups, guidance, support and peace of mind.

My father was giving an NHS funded eye test which resulted in a referral to the hospital. Great service.

all was well,was looked after very well, no problems,staff were very helpful.

My 50+ year old eyes are aging, so the creativity to find different lenses options is greatly appreciated.

I think they are struggling for staff . I had a sight test by a guy who asked me if I was still driving , I was puzzled - he clarified , was I still driving at my age . I'm 58 . I'm female . He said many women of my age have given up driving due to lack of confidence . I'm the CFO of a large charity , I drive long distances regularly and confidently . I do not know who these working age women too scared to drive are . what a patronising fool . He also came into my hearing test and made noise , then told me my hearing was failing and i should invest money hearing aids . I'd had a much more professional and extensive test at Kingston Hospital recently and knew my hearing was fine , I hadn't asked Leightons for a hearing test it just seems to be part of being in their contact lense plan. Clearly his task for the day was to try to persuade me i was old , frail and feeble , and could be scammed out of money. I am not but I was irritated that someone can get away with using a position of authority to undermine their clients. .

Fayaz the Optometrist took a great deal of care with my eye test. Explained things as he went along and took time to listen to what I had to say. On this occasion I did not need new glasses. I do wish however that the Receptionists smiled a bit more and were more friendly

The eye exam and findings were as expected as the examiner offered very good advise and arranged an appointment with the local hospital consultant within 2 days.

On Wednesday morning I received excellent support and reassurance from Leightons in Basingstoke. Suddenly, and for two consecutive evenings I had experienced what was subsequently explained as an optical migraine. This had never happened before and and I found it alarming. I telephoned Leighton's on Wednesday morning and within an hour my eyes were being thoroughly examined and assessed by Ali Al-Hilly and the team. An hour and half later I left greatly reassured and with helpful information/explanatory sheets. Moreover, I had expected to pay a fee for this emergency service but discovered it was funded by the NHS. If more people knew this perhaps the queues at A&E would be shorter! Thank you Leightons.

As my terminally ill husband is confined to a wheelchair and is hard of hearing questions are often directed to me. However, the staff made sure to include him in any explanations and decisions. They were very kind, friendly and professional and made having his eyes tested and ear wax removal a stress free experience for him. I would definitely recommend Leightons to anyone looking for good personal service.

The overall customer service and care, with Highstreet competitors one is left feeling like some one who just tripped into the store, i.e. sign here and give us your money. With Leightons there is a definitive drilling down to what the individual exactly needs, then offered a whole range of options. With Highstreet competitors one is left feeling that unless you fit into their set inflexible criteria your needs have not been catered for.

Had my eyes tested on the 5th Oct, the personal service was excellent.
The lady who took my eye test was very polite and professional explaining everything as she went through the test.
Eddy also was very polite and professional explaining the procedure to me before sending my glasses away for new lenses.
I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and would recommend them to everyone 10/10.

We highly recommend Leighton's for its convenient location within Lewes and the family friendly service we've always received. Our first visit was with our son following an accident at school which occurred near the eye - Claire was super friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate during the examination. She made it easy even though our son was in discomfort. Claire made sure all the neccesary checks were done to rule out damage to the eye and she explained every step to our son for re-assurance.

On our last 2 visits both my partner and our son received wonderful care and expertise from Graham. His commitment to provide professional, knowledgeable and friendly service were appreciated especially as we want our son to have good experience of having an eye test so that we can continue regular check ups.
