TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered products couple of weeks ago, I got charged the products instantaneously. However the products have never been delivered. I contacted twice Leaf cosmetics customer support and no one ever replied to my email.
Is this a scam??? Totally unprofessional.

Je ne recommande malheureusement pas Leef.

Deux commandes importantes, deux expériences très décevantes. Plus d’un mois d’attente, des produits pourtant payés, mais toujours rien reçu. Le suivi indique même que le colis aurait été livré alors que ce n’est pas le cas. Malgré de nombreuses relances, aucun retour du service client.
Je vous invite à consulter les avis Trustpilot : mon expérience est loin d’être un cas isolé.

Je me tournerai désormais vers une entreprise française qui propose des produits similaires, 🌵le nom évoque une plante succulente, avec un service à la hauteur.

Un produit, encore faut-il qu’il arrive jusqu’au client.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Leef.

Two large orders, two very disappointing experiences. More than a month of waiting, products fully paid for, and still nothing received. The tracking even shows the parcel as delivered, although it never arrived. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no response from customer service.

I invite you to check the Trustpilot reviews: my experience is far from being an isolated case.

I will now turn to a French company offering similar products, whose name evokes a succulent plant, with customer service that lives up to expectations.

A product is only valuable if it actually reaches the customer.

Missing products and no response from customer service

I placed an order on June 3rd 2026, to be delivered within 4-5 days. The package arrived on June 20th, so 17 days later, and the order was incomplete: a box of face masks was missing. I reported it immediately through the online form on the website, was given a reference number and told that customer service would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Well, over two weeks later and three emails to their "support" email address, I have not heard anything back at all. It feels like a complete scam, therefore I would urge people not to order from this company. Disgraceful customer experience !

Worst service I have ever encountered

Worst service I have ever encountered. I ordered products more than a month ago and received a message saying they could not deliver my package — even though I was home that day and no one tried to contact me.

I have contacted customer service around 10 times through their online system and by email to request a refund or simply understand the situation, since I never received the products. I have not received a single response from them.

This feels like a complete scam. They simply stole $90 from me. Terrible service, I would absolutely not recommend ordering from this company.

Your business is scamming people

Your business is scamming people. You're using a comercial name similar to our main business SKIN LEAF COSMETICS. We already sent several emails since 2025 to your so called company without any response.
Every single day your scammed clients call us trying to complain about your business and we're sick of it.

We're going to press charges in EU and US about your scamming company.

I'll advise you to reach to your costumer Marion Doublet, she reached out to us accusing us of stealing her money and she's YOUR client not ours.

Your company claims to be an american company but is not and never replies to any of the emails. Your costumer support doesn't work, you contacts are invalid. We already have file claims to Shopify, Pinterest, Meta, WHOIS, etc.

From this point foward this situation will move to court.

wrong product delivered and no answer during 2 months

I ordered 3 products and they delivered one wrong one . Whereas they did the mistake, they haven't replied to me since 2 months. Sending several forms... no answer, Moreover, the product they sent instead of the right one is cheaper.

Update

I rec'd my order and when it arrived one product was damaged and leaking. I have contacted Leaf 3 times and no one has had the courtesy to get back to me. I find that to be extremely bad customer service. They had no problem taking my money, but they won't respond to my problem. I would never recommend Leaf Cosmetics to
anyone with such poor service.

Leaf Cosmetics responded asking for more information which I sent them on 4/30/26. I still haven't heard anything back from them as of 5/5/26. This makes 4 times I've contacted them. The first time was 3/15, then 3/24, 4/19 and now 4/30.
What a terrible company. Again buyer beware. They'll take your moneybut if you have a problem they'll give you a run around.

Slow delivery - Terrible customer service

First three boxes of masks are missing

First three boxes of masks are missing. Sent emails with no answers.
The masks does not fit and generally speaking it is expensive. Not a good experience.

I placed an order a month ago, I never received it.
I got emails mentioning it’s delayed and now still no news.
I tried to contact them several times and no one ever replied.
Looks like a scam.

Total deception and theft

Total deception and theft ! I ordered the products leaf and I received another brand which is not the one ordered. It’s been over one week that I did my reclaim and no answer received. Really bad customer service and no support at all. I do not advise it! And do you know what they advise me ? A credit on their wallet to use until this Friday for a minimum of purchase of 40 €. Is it a real proposition??? No comment worst then this there can’t be

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I have ordered 2 facemasks on the 28th january and paid for the express delivery so i can get them in 2-3 days.

i have still not received them and instead i get an email to say my order is delayed.

When i contacted customer service to get my express delivery refunded and an update on my order status, they simply sent me an email with an offer to use before the end of the week, on a minimum of £40!!! Are you guys on a different planet??
I haven’t received my first order and you think i’ll want to order some more?!!

Bow i understand why the comment function on their IG account is disabled.. it would only be unhappy customers!

Do not waste your time and money!! It’s a scam

Order never delivered - Customer service not ansering

I placed my order on dec 21st - received a tracking number that is unknown on the tracking system - send several emails to the customer service to know about the status of my order, never got back to me. Very disappointed for my first order !! be aware before buying.

After my first comment - they just answered that i can contact them through the form. I did it 3 Times ans never got a response !
Meanwhile a week ago i received a messag from mail services informant that i ha e to pay a 60€ tax to import my 20€ order ! Of course i will not and retire the parcel - unbelivable and i was so excited to test the masks

Don’t buy
Command arrived after 3 weeks
Products packaged in a plastic trashbag in a bad condition.
And after reading all the “ bio collagen” masks ingredients… it’s FULL of propylene glycol, polyurethan, chloride potassium…. All bad for health and skin !
Never put that on your face!
All my products goes to trash directly!
So don’t buy or you lose your health or your money!

Order never received

Order never received. I have sent several emails but they have just been ignoring me so far. I'd already ordered once with them and was very happy with the masks received so I decided to order more products from leaf cosmetics. I never received my second oder and impossible to get in touch with them. Very sad...

LEAF PRODUCT NO DELIVERY. Beware of brands advertized on Pinterest: the Leaf order was not delivered. Allegedly tried to deliver without success and the product was sent back, the customer service does not follow up. So far, after weeks, no product and no reimbursment, with no answer from customer services. Do not buy this brand, they are not serious.
