very good site but very misleading , discovered they almost never allow negative reviews, theyll defend the seller and ignore you as a buyer, it really shows that i can scam someone on jiji and theyll happilly defend me.
i went to a seller to buy something and ended up paying double yet the ad on jiji showed it at the exact price and leaving a detailed negative review never worked as they kept saying it never happened, as if thy were there buying with me

These guys company is full of scams even themselves are scamming people by charging advertsing fees then lock your account. do not use them

Very unfair and one-sided feedback. You post an ad hoping to gain leads but the very people deactivate you and because you haven't responded to a call.

If I haven't answered a call, does it mean I am unavailable? Why then do you have inapp chats? Why do you have email options?

I think they even know that this is hurting their customers experience because they have even deactivated the ability to delete your account. Terrible!

My experience as a seller has been a difficult one. I have a specific ad that has been rejected over 20 times no matter what i edit.

If I edit the description, am told it's the title that's wrong, if I edit title it's the description that's wrong. Even when I remove just a dot in the description, it's the title that is wrong and doesn't reflect the description.

This has gone on for over a month even when I am a premium user. I have sent mails, went on the Instagram page, requested a manager's call who also couldn't find what exactly was needed to be edited.

This morning I talked to someone called temitope. He just told me to edit ad. I requested for help to be told what exactly is to be edited and he didn't reply.

So what can I do next? People sell even sex toys on Jiji and their ads are approved but a legal service can't be approved?
