Delivery Issue
I ordered two bamboo fences from Praxis to be delivered by Intergard, both 2x5 meters in size. We received one of them, and was told by the delivery person than the other one would be delivered the following day. With this, he asked for a digital signature for the delivery. Several days pass and we still don’t receive the second bamboo fence. I called Intergard about this and when they checked, they said that both bamboo fences were delivered. They said that the delivery person also confirms this, and since the delivery document was signed, that it must have been delivered. Case closed. And still, we do not have half of our delivery.
We would not have called if we indeed received both fences. After several conversations with Intergard and trying to find a solution, they insisted that nothing could be done. So we just lost our purchase for no reason, and will have to buy one again. The unfortunate part is after trying to understand how this can be, the manager told us that the situation is “bullsh*t” and hung up on our call.
It’s the first time we experienced this, and we were basically told we had no other choice. It is a pity to lose trust in a company and we surely will take note of the manner in which our concerns were treated.
