GPL Chimp - Best GPL Site Reviews 

Great and reliable site for WordPress Plugins. Fast support, and good selection of options. Have had no issues with any of the plugins used.

I purchased a monthly membership and downloaded several products, but unfortunately, most of them did not work as advertised.

I contacted the support team multiple times. Although they replied a few times, they kept marking the issues as solved even when they were not. In some cases, they claimed the products were working because they tested older versions. However, I paid to use the latest versions, not outdated releases.

Many product pages state that the products are **activated** and **tested**, but that was not my experience. I requested a refund from the very first day because the products were not working as expected. Unfortunately, once I asked for a refund, I stopped receiving meaningful responses. It has now been almost **6 days**, and I still haven't received any reply regarding my refund request. I don't think this is a professional way to handle customer support.

I decided to purchase because of the positive reviews and articles I found online. Looking back, my experience has been completely different from what those reviews suggested.

The problems didn't stop with just one product. Almost every product I downloaded had issues. After installation, my website displayed numerous frontend and backend errors, even though my server environment is properly configured. I am using a Hostinger Cloud server with the latest WordPress installation.

For example, I installed BuddyBoss, but several features were missing, others did not work correctly, and both the frontend and backend showed multiple errors. I couldn't even access my membership page or edit my profile.

I also downloaded the Ryse theme. The company shared screenshots claiming it was working, but after testing it multiple times, I found that while the demo import completed, the frontend remained broken with errors.

I downloaded the latest version of Foxiz as well, but it did not work. Instead of providing a solution, I was advised to use an older version. If older versions are the only stable option, this should be clearly mentioned on the product page before customers purchase.

I also tested several other products, including Phlox Pro Theme and Content Views Pro. Content Views Pro could not import demos because of license validation issues, and I never received a proper response despite following up several times.

The most concerning issue was with WPML. During installation, I noticed security warnings and references to third-party activation components. This raised concerns for me about the source of some files. Since these products are used on production websites, transparency about their source and integrity is extremely important. It also showed errors in the tools section and backend, and my website started loading slowly with numerous backend errors appearing in the logs.

If the company believes my experience is inaccurate, I have videos and evidence showing the issues I encountered during installation and testing.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend using these products on a live website without thoroughly testing them first. My experience included broken functionality, missing premium features, demo import problems, activation issues, and multiple errors across different products, along with poor support. They replied only when they believed an issue could be resolved, but when a product did not work or I requested a refund, meaningful responses stopped.

In the end, I purchased BuddyBoss directly from the original author. It cost significantly more, but at least I have confidence that I will receive official updates, proper support, and files directly from the developer.

I genuinely wanted this service to work because it seemed like a good value, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I have lost all trust. I would recommend purchasing directly from the original developer instead. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using these products on a live website, especially one with important traffic. I removed all the downloaded files because I no longer felt comfortable using them, and I have decided to report the matter through my payment provider.

I downloaded only 3 products before requesting a refund and sent two emails, but my refund request and concerns were never properly addressed. Instead, another add-on was added to my account as my 4th download, but according to you i am out of the refund policy. What if someone downloads 4th to do later not work you can not refund, so you are clearly saying my 99% product will not work i give a guarantee for 1% because 3 downloads will end in just project later for whole month if any product do not work, then U think, please do not cry and ask for support and refund. They were a little slow initially in responding when one of the plugins that I had bought from their website didn't work as it was supposed to. But, then they offered me an alternative option to try out and also made sure that the original plugin functioned properly. I have given 4 star, and not 5, because of their slow response early on.

gplchimp is legit. I bought a wordpress theme and it work out of the box, I will definitely use gplchimp every time I need a plugins or so for my wordpress. Highly recommend it.

Surprised at the simplicity!
I purchased a theme, and within minutes it was available to me. I did run into a very small issue with updating the theme on my WP site, but support assisted me right away. Will be using again for future projects!

So far my experience with GPL Chimp has been very good. The themes and plugins are clean, safe and original. And most importantly, their support is amazing! If I am encountering any issue, they are always there to help and give me the best advice.

Best GPL plugins for wordpress EVER !
i have tried a few sites, but they are always old outdated versions and if lucky they may work, but have used GPL chimp for a few months now and the BEST BY FAR.
I use a lot of Wordpress plugins and they have saved me a fortune, and every single one has worked straight away and is the most current version. Hands Down the best in the Business.

Great place to purchase GPL plugins. Finding an item is easy for the site provides a cleaner and easier interface. Bought few single products assuming that they would receive continuous updates, but single purchases come with only 1 year update support. I hope they came with lifetime updates. But, for a fraction of a price it's a good deal.

I had never heard of GPL Chimp until a few days ago and I wish I knew about them earlier! They have a huge amount of plugins and themes at great prices. They also have a membership with a very affordable price! I was very surprised by the prices and the quality of the plugins offered, I bought two of them and they worked flawlessly! Highly recommend to anyone who's looking to use some plugins in their website!
