While the process was easy
While the process was easy, theor customer service is nonexistent, and I feel like they did things just so I wouldn't get my money back.
I didn't end up needing my prescription, and my pharmacy hadn't received a request, so I emails them amd asked for a refund, as their policy states as long as the pharmacy hasn't gotten the request, one would be granted.
What happens right after? I get a notification from my pharmacy that the prescription was received. Goodmd now says I can't have the refund. I feel this was done on purpose so my refund would not go through.

Super easy and convenient
Wow! I was leaving for vacation and got a sinus infection over the weekend so I went to Good MDs and they send my prescription to my local pharmacy within 30 minutes. I was able to start my zpack immediately and felt better by the time I had to fly. I already recommended them to a friend who had an infection in her tooth.

Scam
This place couldn’t be more of a scam. I needed antibiotics and I needed it quick so it was an emergency. They took my $60 as quick as you could imagine and five or six times they tried to send my prescription to my pharmacy (in business for 20 years) and that I’ve used for that 20 years. They said that it’s the pharmacies fault and that they cannot refund my money basically unless they send it to another pharmacy. Well fast forward to the next day when I still don’t have my prescription and I had to go to the doctors as soon as the office was open so to get my antibiotics that I needed because I had an abscessed. I obviously was able then to get my prescription from my doctor and still long before the one ever went through to my pharmacy. Which it never did and we are talking they supposedly tried five or six times. The audacity that you did nothing but supposedly sent in a prescription and you still get to keep my $60 and I didn’t even get the service. Let me remind you as well. That 24/7 does not mean somebody’s gonna be available. That is also a scam. I spent my time emailing and talking to a bot. Stay far away

I never write reviews,but I want to show my appreciation to Good MDs.I started having Some UTI symptoms this morning and I was debating if I should go to the urgent care and spend around 500 bucks for a simple test and medication .I was skeptical about this website at first,but they sent my prescription to my pharmacy with one hour .I paid 48 total and one pill took my symptoms away!thank you so much good MDs,I will definitely come back if I need it and recommend to my friends !

It’s a scam
It’s a scam! The amount of fake reviews on here is concerning just scroll down and look at them yourself. Within minutes of ordering antibiotics for a tooth infection I got an email from them saying “Due to state limitations, we are currently unable to treat patients in Pennsylvania . As a result, your order has been canceled, and a refund of $49.99 will be issued”Thank God I went through PayPal on purpose for safety reasons. I filed the case with PayPal and now I’m waiting to get the money back… should’ve known better.
