Goods purchased at a cheaper cost than the actual retailer and received prior to the stated delivery date. Great retailer and will use again.

I paid £9.99 for a 48hr delivery slot, and a DPD driver decided not to deliver my parcel & left a photograph of a completely different property than mine. I’ve asked DPD to deliver tomorrow, as I have a party & I bought the item for this, but they’ve told me that the next delivery is Monday. I am absolutely fuming, can Flannels do something please so that I get my parcel tomorrow, it’s a vip order, which I don’t want to pay for as I have already paid extra for this 48 hr slot.

Absolutely fabulous, can't believe it, the door bell was rung at 12.32pm with my delivery, less than 24 hours after I ordered the item, well done.

Trainers were perfect box was a mess you should really take note from other retailers and double box trainers not just stick them in a bag

The delivery driver said he can’t find my house.
That’s a first… I live on a main road.
I paid extra for next day delivery and now I have to wait 5 days.
Very poor service.

I was very disappointed with the package of my bag and it didn't even have a sock bag to keep it to keep it in i would of thought it should of come with one considering it is a very good make very poor

Love the gear I get from flannels., especially the sales.

1 pair of trainers came like they had already been worn, shocking when these are meant to be a birthday gift. White Nike air max 90. Soles are pretty black and internal of trainers no longer white. Will not be ordering from here again. And with birthday In 2 days have no time to send back, shocking.

I would recommend only buying something from flannels in store. You never know what state your order will turn up in. The box my trainers came in looked like it had been chewed by a dog. And the trainers themselves have marks on them to send them back I would have to pay 6.99 for a faulty item. The size charts are very strange stating that a size 5 is a EUR 39 but when the box comes it states it is a 38.5.This was not worth the money and I would not bother ordering from here again.

Quality of clothes are great but their online returns service is a joke. Spend multiple hundreds of pounds to be told you have to pay £6.99 return postage and they don’t offer return to store or exchange. So not only if you’ve bought the wrong size do you have to pay to send it back but you also have to pay delivery AGAIN to receive the correct size. Absolute scam considering cheaper stores offer free returns for spending much less money with their company.

Do not place an order until reading the delivery and returns policy. The extra charges are simply too much to justify buying from this site.

Charging £5.99 per returned item is excessive, especially when shopping online where you can't try things on first. On top of that, there's no free delivery even on orders over £100, so you're paying to receive your order and then potentially paying again for each item you return. From such a premium retailer I didn't expect all my items scrunched up in u sealed bags, and no dispatch note.

With all these added costs, shopping here just isn't worth the risk. There are plenty of other retailers offering free delivery, free or low-cost returns, and a much more customer-friendly experience. Unfortunately, these policies have put me off buying online from this retailer. Its not worth it. You'll be worse off.

Made a repeat purchase but this time ordered two different sizes for comparison. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. 5 stars for that part.
Only 4 for the return process as the offered option of courier service was hugely expensive.
