It seems you may not have reviewed the email threads and supporting documentation before making your comments. I would encourage you to first check the evidence I previously provided, as it clearly outlines the issues and discussions that took place.

My experience with Fiscozen has been mixed, and I believe it is important to present a fair and accurate picture.

At the beginning, everything went very well. My first accountant was excellent—responsive, clear in her explanations, and genuinely invested in helping her clients.
The new accountant often gave the impression that the priority was to close matters quickly rather than carefully evaluate the best outcome for the client. I was dealing with a complex double-taxation issue and provided all the necessary information honestly and in detail. However, the solution initially proposed would have resulted in a financial disadvantage for me, which naturally caused concern and frustration.

Another significant issue arose when I accidentally closed my Partita IVA. I immediately sought guidance on how to resolve the situation and was advised that I would need to open a new Partita IVA under a higher taxation regime. After independently verifying the matter directly with the Agenzia delle Entrate, I learned that it was actually possible to reactivate the same Partita IVA while maintaining the same tax regime. Receiving inaccurate information on such an important matter was disappointing and created unnecessary stress.

I also requested a relatively standard document that any commercialista should normally be able to provide. My request was declined multiple times, each time for different reasons. Initially, I was told there was no knowledge of my late invoices. Following the instructions given to me, I uploaded all relevant documents to the Agenzia delle Entrate system and sent copies directly as well. Despite this, I continued to receive responses stating that there was no knowledge of these invoices, which was confusing and frustrating given the evidence already provided.

In addition, I felt that there was limited effort to help maximize legitimate tax deductions. On several occasions, valid deductions appeared to be rejected. For example, I repeatedly submitted proof of rental payments under a contract with automatic renewal. Despite this, the explanation provided was simply that the contract had "expired," which did not reflect the actual contractual terms.

In the end, Giuseppe and Vesna were incredibly supportive and made a significant difference. They took the time to listen, review the facts, and provide the assistance that had been missing. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help resolve the issues restored much of my confidence and turned a difficult situation into a much more positive experience. While the process itself involved several challenges, I genuinely appreciate the efforts made by Giuseppe and Vesna, whose support ultimately helped bring clarity and solutions to the problems I was facing.

If you have the simplest of business, very linear, no curveballs and preferably “forfettario” they are perfect for you.

For EVERYONE else I’m afraid you will be left alone, sooner or later, in the worst time.

In my particular case after a few months they decided to refund what was paid to them because they couldn’t follow me anymore due to “regime rimpatriati”.

Which would have been fine however, there’s a rush in getting you registered and ready to become the next client, without actually every going into the nitty gritty of the details until it’s too late.

On the positive side their staff on the online chat is honestly outstanding. Real
People not bots which is great.

However I was first dropped out of the blue, but with the promise that I could keep using their service of invoices generation and a few months after suddenly lost ALL access to their service without receiving a SINGLE email highlight that it would happen.

Randomly out of the blue, no explanation given or way to restore access.

Fiscozen makes very easy the management of the accounting part of my coaching business. Whenever I have a question, there is a human face responding and bringing the clarifications I need. That is even more valuable given I am not Italian and their support is paramount for me to understand legal framework and accounting practices.

They are a good company who make freelance tax payments in Italy easier to manage.
