Ella Ola is a scam. I have not received my purchase item from this company. EllaOla sent me the email with tracking but they don't deliver the item to the carrier for it to actually be shipped. So they stole fifty dollars from me.

this company is very hard to deal with and difficult to cancel your subscription . I tried their supplement for my grandson) and his parents did not consistently follow through so I cancelled my subscription in Sept of 2025. Sent the email as required and spoke with a representative on the phone as well. Now in July of 2026 they bill me and send me the product which I had stopped. this is absolutely ridiculous!

I had an excellent experience with EllaOla and their customer support team.
My order arrived safely, and I was very happy with the product. I also had a few concerns regarding a customs fee and an accidental second order that I no longer needed. At first, I was worried because the refunds took some time to appear in my bank account, but the support team was incredibly patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process.
They promptly processed both refunds, provided me with the ARN reference numbers so my bank could trace the payments, and answered all of my questions with kindness and transparency. In the end, I received every refund exactly as promised.
One suggestion for improvement: the subscription system should be made much clearer. It is very easy to accidentally subscribe without fully realizing that future orders will be sent automatically. This is exactly what happened to me, and I believe the subscription process should be more transparent or require a clearer confirmation to help prevent unintended orders.
Despite this, the EllaOla team handled my situation professionally and resolved everything fairly, which I truly appreciate.
It's rare to find a company that stands behind its customers the way EllaOla does. Their honesty, excellent communication, and commitment to resolving issues gave me complete confidence in them.
I highly recommend EllaOla to any parent looking for a trustworthy company with outstanding customer service. Thank you for making everything right!

I wish I would of found these vitamins years ago for my Daughter Liberty years ago

Such an easy vitamin to get my toddler to take, hes started practicing writing and talking since starting!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I TRIED IT AND THEN TRIED TO CANCEL IT. THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION. THERE IS NO OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE. IT SAYS YOU HAVE TO WRITE AN EMAIL WHICH I DID 3 OR 4 TIMES AND EVERY TIME I WRITE AN EMAIL TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, THEY EMAIL ME BACK WITH TIPS ON HOW TO MIX IT IN WITH FOOD AND DRINKS WHEN ALL I'M TRYING TO DO IS CANCEL. THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE WHICH I BELIEVE IS ILLEGAL.

I would say the product does what it says.

However, I would not say it is tasteless. It does not mix into liquids. It becomes chalky, my daughter refuses her drink if she detects it (every time I add the Ella Olla).

It is also impossible to cancel the subscription without cancelling your credit card. Their only option is to email them, yet they never respond.

We love EllaOla. It’s unflavored which is easy to add to any kids’ meals. My kids loved it. After using first packet, it showed good results for my daughter with detox, clear speech, interest to learn to talk. Also helped my 4 year old son.

So after reading reviews I was a bit sceptical on trying however huge changes in all aspects. My lad is 7 ASD . From starting these improvements in sleep , appetite and even down to no more dark circles under his eyes . He looks All round healthier in himself and is gaining weight slowly . Hugely recommended just wish they stocked them in this country rather than having to ship in .

The best thing about this product is that my kids don't know they are taking vitamins. Both of my kids have eating issues. One of them was born with cleft lip and pallet. So he is afraid of food. I can hide the vitamins in his drink and not worry about him not having enough vitamins. We tried so many different vitamins even different gummy ones and they wouldn't eat them. But ellola I know they are getting everything they need.

Easy to order, arrived just a few days after ordering and noticing results already in the first week!

As a parent, I spend a lot of time researching products before I buy them. Ellaola stood out because of its ingredient standards and commitment to quality. We've had a wonderful experience so far and plan to keep it as part of our daily routine.

I know every experience is different, but we've had no issues. In fact, we've noticed very positive changes in our 9 year old on the multi vitamin. I would highly recommend their products as it's challenging to find quality vitamins for kids.

I almost didn't try EllaOla because of some negative reviews but Im glad I formed my own opinion. My expirence has been nothing but positive, from the product itself to customer support. Every family's expirence is different, and I absolutely recommend giving EllaOla a try and decide for yourself.

As a dad, getting my child to take vitamins has always been a struggle. EllaOla has been a game changer. My child actually enjoys taking them, and I feel good knowing they're getting the nutrients they need. Great product and a great experience overall.

The powder does not mix well into alot of things that we have tried so far and is visible. Also my daughter said she can taste it in her drinks. The only things that we have found it to work well in so far for my children aged 11 and 9 is a hot cup of tea, again my daughter says she can still taste it even with two sugars in her tea. I am taking the womens one and have tried it in water, milk, yoghurt, white sauce, soft drink, juice, ribena, tea and pasta so far. I could also see the powder and tasted it in all of them, except my spaghetti with red sauce. We are still using the sachets as its good for my kids and I think all the ingredients are working after using it for a short while. My daughter prefers to use the powder rather than tablets or gummies but its hard to get my kids to finish what ever it is mixed into, it is disappointing when its supposed to be invisible and tasteless, this was the main reason I purchased it for my fussy autistic son.

Excellent product. Great customer service. Really seen an improvement for my little boy who doesn’t get any nutrients with his restrictive diet.

I messed up my order and customer service also rectified and helped me in minutes.

What a life changer for us. My son is 8yo and has Down syndrome. He is non verbal and and having a lot of outbursts. He is also only on purées, so knowing he is still getting his vitamins in. We have noticed such a change in his moods his awareness and jibbering so much more. We highly recommend EllaOlla to everyone. We are trying out different products with Ella for gut health as well. Super excited to see how it goes.

I really recommend EllaOla for teens. Mine is eating better and is healthy and having more energy! I tried different options of gummies and vitamins but nothing worked as EllaOla

Unable to cancel my subscription easily online. I go to the cancel button and there is no where to cancel. It only has the option to skip 1 or 2 weeks. Tried emailing and no response.
