I specifically paid for delivery today because I am traveling on Saturday. Instead, my delivery was postponed until Monday, when I won’t even be able to collect it.
What is even more frustrating is that the proof of delivery attempt clearly shows the driver never bothered to come to my building. The attached photo was taken from outside, next to a sign indicating the stairs are private. There was no genuine attempt to deliver the package or contact me.
I chose this delivery date for a reason, and Burd completely failed to provide the service I paid for. Very disappointing experience.
