Impossible to get a hold of
Ordered a bike online which said 1-5 days to delivery. Came after 45 days and I called but only came to an answering machine, had to email multiple times to ask about the whereabouts. No updates at all from the company it self.
Feels deeply unserious. Wanted to cancel my order but they didn't get back to me and then delivered it instead of replying to my email.
Just avoid
Just avoid, many other good alternatives. Catastrophic non existent customer "service" that is just an really dumb AI and automated email replies. Haven´t received my order for over a month now and Bikester won't reply emails.

Took one week to register my package on DHL. After 1 week, they haven’t really sent it yet. More seems like a scam than a real shop.
Worst online shopping experience in Sweden
By far one of the worst online shopping experiences.
1- long delivery times
2- horrible customer support
3- No telephone custoemr support; Even though you call them during their support time, They tell you the open times and hang up with a pre-recorded message

You buy cheap you buy somewhere Else.
Very nice prices and selection. But customer service is not existent. Spent half a day with a ”service” person. Deliverey by DHL and no option to change the way they planned it. Olivers only respons was I cant help you. After some hours it turner out he could help if i arranged with my nighbour to be Home on the delivery day… Once all that corridinated Oliver could not help with the matter on that day so had to wait for him to come back with information on when it could be delivered a few working days that would take. So Now I have no clue on when or if it will be arriving.
Bra service.
Poor quality
Received a new bike in June, Son has used it for about 10 times. Yesterday the inner tube cracked when cycling on the pavement. Respons from customer service that they will not replace the inner tube. No more shopping from Bikester.
Scam!!!
We got scammed by this company. We bought 2 bikes with 2 different accessories each. After a week we only recieved the accessories, but not even the tracking number for the bicycles. We tried to communicate with them and it was impossible. After writing on Facebook that i have made the complaint with the European Consumer Centre in Norway, they call us back and agreed to give us back only the money for the bikes, but not the accessories, which are useless without the bicycles.

Bought a bike for my daughter 2 month…
Bought a bike for my daughter 2 month before her birthday, and I received it in a messed up box without the training wheels and mounting accessories. They then ship a pair of training wheels that don't fit, and also don't have any mounting hardware. I tell them about this and show them on a picture but their support don't seems to care and insist that they are the correct ones... I end up having to buy the correct one my self from a different supllier, and sadly they do not arrive in time for her birthday...

Bought a brand new BROKEN bike
Bought a brand new bike (20 000sek). When it arrived the brakes were not centered, the front fork was loose and the wire protection for one of the brakes was broken.
Contacted the company who claimed it was not a manufacturing defect. Since I used the bike it was not possible to return and they had no obligation to help me.
I would not recommend buying from this company

Waited 6 days for reply on my e-mail. I cannot get them on the phone. I ordered a mudguard for my bike. It didn't fit although on the site it said it made for my bike. I tried to return it, but nobody replied to me and then they said the period for return was over and they cannot accept it.

Very poor delivery service
Very poor delivery service. Waiting time too long...and no customer service contact number, which is really really bad! Very disappointed. Used to be pretty happy with their email response but now no more, getting me massively stressed. Ordered the product one week ago, still don't know its whereabouts. Jag är väldigt ledsen, stressad och besviken!
Never again
Placed an order on April 6. Delivery time on some items was 9-12 days but I decided to wait. Finally got a package 19 days later, some items are missing.
Here's why I will never order from Bikester again:
- Order confirmation was the last email I received. No status updates, no shipping information, nothing.
- No page to check the order status. The only way to find out what's happening with your order is to contact customer support.
- The only way to contact customer support is by email, there's no phone number (or a physical shop you can go to). Which makes it easy for them to just ignore you if something goes wrong.
I have lost a lot of time, haven't received everything I ordered (so I cannot work on my bike), and have no way of knowing if the rest of my order is on its way or if I should just order elsewhere (my email to the customer support has been ignored).
I will avoid Bikester in future and recommend that everyone does too.
