Customer service is terrible. Intermedia has been charging us twice the amount of the bill for the past 6 months. We have called and called to get it fixed to no accord. After speaking with at least 10 representatives, they promised a refund for the over payment that would go back to our account in 5 business days and it has been over two weeks. We have been with Intermedia for over nine years. Let's just say we it won't make it to ten.

The most unbelievably terrible customer service. Undisclosed fees, promos that are stated on the website but don't get applied, days between responses, and general denial or procrastination from customer service. It looks so promising and flashy, but it's compromised by useless people. We are 2 weeks into trying to establish and set up the account and they have overcharged us and also refuse to give us Controlhippo Bronze, despite it being advertised as included in our plan on their website.

I have been using The Telephony Co. for a while now, and it has been an amazing experience. My experience with 3cx is great, as the service works smoothly whether it is hosted on a remote server or installed in our local server, which gives us flexibility and extra security. One of my favorite thing about 3cx is how easily it integrates with other software such as Salesforce, so I can call clients directly from that platform without any hassle. Also, the customer support is always available to help out wherever needed, which makes everything even better.
