In the Production Order for 'Hey Arnold!', if you attempt to save any changes to the episode order, the page returns a "There was a problem." error, failing to save changes. All episode groups are unlocked, so by design it should let me save any changes.

This partially falls under a content issue, but given that this is definitely a website bug, I felt this issue would be more appropriate under Website Support.
