Mercyella’s Mercyella

Portofolio

Hi, I’m Mercyella, and these are

traces of my exploration in
graphic design. Enjoy!

Let's begin!
Are you ready to start?
ALL ROLES ARE IMPORTANT

This photomontage explores the issue of

reducing future carbon emissions through
architectural design. Set against a sand-brown
background for a vintage feel, it features high-
rise and low-rise buildings forming a city skyline
to reflect rapid urban development and its
environmental impact. Two pointing hands and
a stressed human figure highlight the blame-
shifting between developed nations’
governments and developing construction
sectors. The image conveys that carbon
reduction is a shared responsibility requiring
collaboration across sectors and nations, rather
than placing blame on a single party.
AGEING GRACEFULLY : PUBLIC
LITERATION SPACE FOR SENIOR
COMMUNITY

This photomontage explores the issue of

inclusivity public space for elderly. Today,
technological advances, directly or indirectly,
have an impact on the lives of the baby boomer
generation. This aging baby boomer needs to
survive in this digitalization era. Architecture
can accommodate the public space for
encouraging them to enrich and improve the
future technology to be more humane. This
public space also contribute in urban design by
providing the marginalize point of view a space
based on their perspective and life experience.

ArchProject 2025

The annual event held by the Department of Architecture at Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology
(ITS), called ArchProject, in 2021 carried the theme "A Cure", is implemented an E-Ticket design as a form
of adaptation for hosting social events during the Covid-19 pandemic. The main characteristic is the using
of soft gradient pastel color palette. The image uses a mix of both warm (peach, pink) and cool (blue, gray-
green) tones, giving it a calming yet engaging feel. This palette complements the minimalist vector
graphics and sans-serif fonts, often used in digital or architectural event promotions.
