“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2019 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF THE
BARANGAY AGUINALDO, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, AS APPROVED AND ENDORSED BY
THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (MDC) OF THE MUNICIPALITY.
WHEREAS, as provided under RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of
1991, the legislative body always adopt all projects of the municipality that are prioritized and approved by
the Municipal Development Council (MDC);
WHEREAS, all identified projects included in the AIP of the municipality as approved by the MDC
and endorsed to the legislative office are the priority needs of the community, therefore, we hereby agree
and adopt the 2019 AIP of Barangay Aguinaldo, Arteche Eastern Samar;
NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous accord by the Sangguniang Barangay members in session
duly assembled, be it –
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to adopt the 2019 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of
Barangay Aguinaldo, Arteche Eastern Samar, as approved and endorsed by the Municipal Development
Council (MDC) of the municipality.
