BDRRM Resolution 2019

The Barangay Council of Suba, Bantayan, Cebu held a regular session on December 3, 2021. All council members were present. The council passed Resolution No. 17 adopting the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan for budget year 2022. The plan was formulated by the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council to address preparedness, response, recovery and rehabilitation in accordance with national and local frameworks. The resolution was approved unanimously to give the plan legal basis for proposed expenditures.

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND


MANAGEMENT
PLAN FOR THE BUDGET YEAR 2019 OF BARANGAY SUBA, BANTAYAN, CEBU.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in


coordination with its BDRRM Officers is mandated to formulate and implement a comprehensive and
integrated Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan in accordance with the national, regional,
provincial and municipal framework and policies of disaster risk reduction in close coordination with the
Barangay Development Council that addresses the Preparedness, Response, Recovery and Rehabilitation.

WHEREAS, the plan needs the approval of the council in order to give legal basis to the proposed
expenditure incorporated therein.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all members present.

BE IT RESOLVED TO APPROVED AS IT IS HEREBY APPROVED THE RESOLUTION ADOPTING


THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT ANNUAL PLAN FOR THE
BUDGET YEAR 2022 OF BARANGAY SUBA, BANTAYAN,CEBU.
