This application is entitled Simple Banking Management System. This is a simple web-based application developed in Pyth

Introduction:

This is a Stock Management System in PHP and MySQL Database. This is a


web-based application that provides an online and automated platform for
shops or businesses. This project can manage the company's Purchase Orders,
Receiving, Back Orders, returns, and Sales Records. The application has a
pleasant user interface with the help of Bootstrap Library and AdminLTE
template. This has also user-friendly functionalities.
Scope of project:

Stock management is a process of tracking the products. This includes all
the stock management until it reached to the final consumer. it includes
finished products manufactured by the company and the raw material which
may be required for production on finished goods.

Objectives:

o To avoid both overstocking and under-stocking of inventory.


o To maintain the availability of materials whenever and wherever required
in enough quantity.
o To keep material cost under control as they contribute to reducing the
cost of production.
o To eliminate duplication in ordering stocks.
o To minimize loss through deterioration, pilferage, wastages, and damages.
o To ensure the quality of goods at reasonable prices.
o To supply the required material continuously.

• Database Management : Tools like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for


storing and managing stock data.
• Programming Languages : Languages like Python, Java, or C++ for
developing the system's logic.
