INTRODUCTION

Project Context

The Farmer Information System is a must-have digital command center for our farming

system to work. This panel has everything an administrator needs to quickly enter, get,

and review important information about a farmer's land, crops, etc. They can do their

work better and contact details in real time this way. It helps farmers make better choices

and get better at farming. Farmers can now report the size of their land more easily in the

system. It can use different units of measurement, such as acres, hectares, or any other

teams needed in their area.

This feature improves the data and gives farmers the tools to keep accurate land records,

essential for setting up good resource plans and handling them well. It clearly explains

how to tell the land size, which can be hard to do. The farmers will keep track of their

money so that the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) can find them. The MAO will

then phone or email the farmers with details. For your data's safety, we carefully follow

all laws and rules that protect it. We go through a lot of trouble to ensure we have the

right deals and permissions to gather, store, and use farm data. Because we care about

following the law and morals, we keep all the information in our system hidden and safe.

Individuals can rest assured that their information is secure.

It's easy to use the dashboard and forms on various mobile devices because they are

customizable. It will be easy for farmers to use an interface that fits their phone or tablet's

screen size and type. This design makes it easy to get to things and shows that we care
about what all of our users want. The features, functions, and ease of use for mobile users

will be the same as for PC users. This lets them keep up with their farming info and tasks

while on the go.

Our system has a text-blasting feature to stay in touch at the right time. It ensures that

farmers get essential information quickly by directly telling them about significant

changes and events. The three main types of system users are administrators, techs, and

farmers. The system administrator is the only person who can accept and check farmer

and technician logins.

We've made a method that is easy to use and can be expanded so that farming works

better. Today's farmers can't do their jobs without the information they collect; it helps

them figure out the complicated world of agriculture. Our system was created to help

farms protect private information while increasing output and efficiency. The site puts

facts, user freedom, and help first. The great experience with our software is the same no

matter what device is used to view it. For this reason, it has become an essential tool for

modern farms.

In this very safe method, both the municipal agriculture office's data and the data of its

farmers are secure. Before creating an account, users must get permission from the

database master and already be in the database. They can't make an account if their

information isn't in the database. The farmers need to show proof of who they are so the

administrator knows they are who they say they are when they start an account.
Purpose and description

This web-based farmer's information system for the town of San Ildefonso Bulacan aims

to provide a functional online space for farmers and other people involved in agriculture.

Several vital goals are tried to be reached by this method.

The plan will make it easier for farmers, technicians, and administrators to talk to each

other by grouping their areas. Farmers can say how much land they are in charge of and

whether they are growing corn, veggies, or rice.

The method makes it easier for local government officials and farmers to talk to each

other, which can help get the word out about government programs, subsidies, and help.

It can collect data on farming methods, crop yields, and other essential agriculture facts

that can be used for future planning and growth.

The web-based San Ildefonso Bulacan Farmers Information System's primary goal is to

give local farmers the data, contacts, and tools they need to improve their farming output,

long-term viability, and general standard of living. It is a way for the agricultural business

in the municipality to become more modern and up-to-date.

Objective

General Objective

The project's primary goal is to create a system that will assist the Municipal Agriculture

Office (MAO) and the farmers of San Ildefonso. Furthermore, the System will provide

the San Ildefonso, Bulacan Municipal Agriculture Office Control System, enabling the

municipality to contact its farmers directly.

Specific Objective

 To be able to handle personal and farming information for farmers through an

online system.

 To build a platform that makes it easier for the Municipal Agriculture office to

communicate and quickly send and give farmers' information to the right people.

 Farmers in San Ildefonso can check and confirm their information more easily.

 The system will give them library access to learn about crops and pests.

 The system can text the farmers any news from (MAO).
Scopes and Limitations

The project aims to make a new system that works for the San Ildefonso Municipality

Agriculture Office (MAO). This system will take the place of the old one that is currently

in use. This project's primary goal is to make MAO processes more efficient by creating

an easy-to-use, space-saving platform that can be accessed from many devices. The MAO

will also be able to organize and handle farmers by barangay based on the crops they

grow, which will speed up data collection.

Also, the technology will let the government and farmers who have signed up for the site

talk to each other directly, making working together better. It will focus on how to take

care of seasonal foods like corn, chili pepper, and rice.

But some problems need to be fixed. First, the system will not consider farming activities

like watering plants, raising chickens and other animals, etc. Also, it won't be able to give

real-time updates on the state of each farm. Also, it's important to stress that the method

won't solve all of the MAO's problems, like its limited budget and resources. These limits

are very important in deciding the system's reach and how it works.
