Preparation
(i) Prepare the tools as follow
General Tools
Spanner Wrench-10mm,22mm,24mm,32mm(Main relief),36mm
Box Wrench-22mm,27mm,32mm,36mm
Hexagon key Wrench-5mm,8mm,12mm,17mm,Eye bolt M18
(ii)Clean all parts with cleaning solvent and dry with compressed air.
(iii)Inspect and analyze all failures - Determine the root cause!
(iv)Use eye bolts to lift the control valve. Do not sling on the relief valves or spool caps.
(v)During disassembly take care not to interchange spools, check valves, relief valves etc.

1 Assembly,two blocks
Install the O-rings in the blocks.
Attach the blocks(4) with screws(19).
Tighten the torque.
Note! Apply grease, or hydraulic oil on to seals and
seal fitting sections for full lubrication.
2 Assembly,Bottom View
a Assembly Port Relief Valve
Install spring(611,621) spool(511),seat(541),piston(301).
Install the (Arm in(1),Boom lower(3),Bucket curl(25))Port
Relief Valve.
Install the Option 2-step Port Relief Valve(26). 87-102
Tighten the torque. [Link]
b Center Bypass valve(27)
Install , springs (326, 327), rod (337), bypass cut spool (392)
and plug(251).
Tighten the torque. 58-73
C Flow Sensing valve(28) [Link]
Install spring (621) ,damping rod(631) ,poppet (611) and
plug (551).
Tighten the torque. 275-305
d Bucket conflux check valve(29) [Link]
Install spool(15),spring (14) and poppet(13).
Tighten the torque.
e Plug(30)
Install the plug
f Spool Cover
Install the O-rings in the blocks.
Install the spool cover(lower-20)and screw(21). 38-46
Tighten the torque. [Link]
3 Assembly,Block Bench
Attach the bench(18) and block(4) with screws(17).
Tighten the torque.

seat spool(511),body(101).
Install the main relief valve. 87-102

Install the center bypass [Link] the torque. 58-73
e Flow Sensing valve(28) [Link]
Install the flow sensing [Link] the torque. 275-305
f Plug(30) [Link]
Install the plug.
g Orifice(36)
Install the orifice(23).
h Straight travel check valve(37)
Install ball(10),spring seat(11) and spring(12),cap.
Tighten the torque.
Option conflux check valve(38)
Install poppet(13),spring(14) and spool(15),cap.
Tighten the torque.
5 Assembly,Left View
a Assembly Arm holding valve(39)
Install seat(541),spool(511),spring(512) and caps.
Install holding valve with screw.
Tighten the torque.
b Arm holding check valve(40)
Install poppet(8),spring(7) and cap.
Tighten the torque.
c Check valve(41)
Install poppet(511),spring(522),and cap(551).
Tighten the torque.
d load check Valve(42)
Install poppet(551),spring(522),cover(203)and screw(274). 38-46

e Plug Plate(Ao,Bo)(43)
Install the plug plate(Ao,Bo) and screw.
Tighten the torque.
6 Assembly,Right View
a Plug(30)
Install the plug.
b Assembly,Arm logic control valve(44)
Install Spool,inner spring,outer spring,caps.
Install poppet(511),spring(522)and logic valve assembly.
Install the screw(9).Tighten the torque. 36-48
c Assembly Boom holding valve(45) [Link]
Install seat(541),spool(511),spring(512) and caps.
