The way on how the language is used in a sentence is considered as a style or form in literature.
Different literatures uses varied styles and forms of language. Every language is itself a
collective art of expression. There is concealed in it a particular set of esthetic factors—
phonetic, rhythmic, symbolic, and morphological—which it does not completely share with
any other language. They show to what extent literary art may lean on the collective art of the
language itself. The more extreme technical practitioners may so over-individualize this
collective art as to make it almost unendurable. The style of the language in a literature rich
because of the correct use of the language by the writers of that language especially in their
styles and forms.
LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE
When language and literature are mentioned together, they are often mistaken to be described
synonymously rather than to be identified as two concepts that are related with each other.
They are defined as two different ideas but the focus and target is almost the same. According
to the Encyclopedia, language is "the human capacity for acquiring and using complex systems
of communications." Language is used generally for communication purposes also as our key
to understand each other especially in learning new things. Even in the past, different forms of
language inevitably developed and learned by people. This word came from the Latin word
“lingua” which means “tongue” but language is not only used with tongue but in varied forms.
One example to this is the use of sign language due to physical impairments in the past. People
also used and produced their language through the form of writing. Their stories of inspirations,
incidents, imagination and real life experiences were put into writing resulted in different
literatures. Therefore, language and literature are two related ideas a product of both concepts
that plays important role with each other.
