Rate for Excavation and Earthwork shall include for :

a. Trimming sides, keeping clean and consolidating bottom of base

and trenches etc. leveling consolidating where required under slabs
or sub floor layers.

b. Back filling with selected excavated materials or with borrowed

materials and disposl of surplus excavated materials from site as
specified and directed.

c. Any necessary additional excavation for working space.
