Why B2B SEO plays by different rules

B2B deals move slower, involve more people, and cost more to get wrong. Combining most effective SEO strategies with obsessive focus on technical components - we empower compound business growth, focused on the organic acquisition of qualified users.

Three dots

Deep market research.

The first phase involves conducting a deep market research to understand the needs and interests of the target audience, product USPs, and the competitive landscape.

To find unexplored growth gaps, we identify ICPs, research & group product-led keywords, deeply analyze SEO health and GEO performance, market trends, and competitors’ ups and downs.

Strategy development.

Based on strong Foundations*, we develop a holistic Content marketing strategy, deeply connecting SEO with all business components. Here, we’re putting special accent on grouping high-potential keywords into product-led content clusters.

By defining 6-month KPIs, and precise workflow protocols - we ensure the SEO and GEO content is contributing to concrete business goals, with zero hunches.

Content production & SEO.

We secure the business-effective quality of content by keeping all operations under one roof: Content writing + design + SEO + GEO - multiplied with a systematized management process.

Staying true to our culture - we keep operations transparent, with real-time updates, weekly reports, and publishing dates inside our content calendar. Zero hunches, zero micro-management.

Market & Competitive Research

Before any page gets written, you need to know whether the opportunity is worth the investment and where your competitors already have the advantage. Skipping this step means building content into a market you haven't measured, against competitors you haven't studied.

We size the opportunity and map how your named competitors currently win in both Google and AI search, so every decision that follows is grounded in what's actually winnable, not a guess.

Activities
Market research
Competitive landscape analysis
Competitor content audit
Google and AI search performance benchmarking
Opportunity scoring
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A sized opportunity estimate showing what's realistically winnable in your market.
small black arrow to the right
A competitor map showing exactly how each named competitor currently wins in Google and AI search.
002
ICP, Persona & Buyer-Journey Mapping

A single "ideal customer" persona rarely makes the actual purchase decision. Real B2B deals move through a buying committee, and content written for one generic reader misses the technical evaluator, the finance stakeholder, and the executive who all need something different before they'll sign off.

We map your actual buying committee, including technical evaluators, finance, executives, and researchers, and build content and pages around how each of them discovers, evaluates, and decides, not around a single generic persona.

Activities
Buying persona mapping
Persona development by role
Buyer journey stage mapping
Decision-criteria research
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A documented buying committee with the specific roles, priorities, and objections of each stakeholder.
small black arrow to the right
A content-to-role map showing which pages and messages serve each stage of the buyer journey.
003
Information Architecture Planning

Most content plans start with a list of new pages to write, without ever looking at what already exists. That leads to duplicate pages competing with each other, thin pages that should have been merged, and gaps nobody planned for.

We decide, page by page, what gets built new, refreshed, consolidated, or removed, before a single page is written, so the site ends up with one clear page for every topic instead of several competing ones.

Activities
Full site content audit
Page-by-page disposition planning
Topic-to-page mapping
Content hierarchy design
Sitemap restructuring plan
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A page-by-page action plan covering every URL: build, refresh, consolidate, or remove.
small black arrow to the right
A restructured site map with one clear, non-competing page per topic.
004
Keyword & Intent Research

Search volume tells you how often a term is typed, not why someone is typing it. Two keywords with identical volume can represent completely different buyer intents, and building content around volume alone means writing pages that rank but don't convert.

We map every keyword your buyers and decision-makers actually use, then group it by what they're trying to accomplish, whether that's learning, comparing, or buying, not just by how often it's searched.

Activities
Buyer keyword mapping
Search intent classification
Volume and difficulty analysis
Prompt research for AI search
Intent-based grouping
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A full keyword set mapped to buyer intent, not just search volume.
small black arrow to the right
An intent-grouped keyword map showing which terms belong to learning, comparison, or buying stages.
005
Content Gap Analysis

It's hard to see what's missing from your own content by reading your own content. The gaps only become visible once you compare it directly against the pages that are already ranking and already being cited by AI models.

We compare your content against the pages already ranking to find the topics, subtopics, and entities you're missing, so you know exactly what to add rather than guessing.

Activities
Ranking page analysis
Topic and subtopic gap mapping
Entity coverage comparison
Competitor content benchmarking
Missing-content prioritization
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A gap report listing the specific topics, subtopics, and entities your content is missing.
small black arrow to the right
A prioritized list of the highest-impact gaps to close first.
006
Keyword & Topic Clustering

Splitting related keywords across multiple thin articles forces those pages to compete with each other for the same ranking spot, diluting the authority any single one of them could have built.

We group related keywords into single, comprehensive pages instead of splitting them across thin, competing articles, so each topic has one strong page instead of several weak ones.

Activities
Keyword clustering by topic
Cluster-to-page mapping
Pillar and supporting page planning
Duplicate topic consolidation
Cluster coverage scoring
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A keyword cluster map showing which terms belong on the same page.
small black arrow to the right
A pillar and supporting page structure that eliminates internal competition between pages.
007
Cannibalization & Striking-Distance Audit

Two problems quietly cap your traffic at the same time: pages that compete against each other for the same query, and pages sitting just outside page one that would rank with a small push. Both are usually invisible without a dedicated audit.

We find pages competing with each other for the same query and pages sitting just outside page one, then fix both, consolidating the former and pushing the latter onto page one.

Activities
Query-level cannibalization audit
Low-hanging fruit keyword identification
Page consolidation planning
Ranking-gap prioritization
Fix implementation tracking
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A cannibalization report identifying every set of pages competing for the same query.
small black arrow to the right
A striking-distance list of near-page-one keywords with the specific fixes needed to close the gap.
008
Site & URL Architecture

A page that isn't linked from anywhere and doesn't sit in a logical part of the site structure is hard for search engines to find, and even harder for AI crawlers to understand in context.

We plan how pages link and nest so search engines and AI crawlers can find, understand, and rank every page, rather than leaving discovery to chance.

Activities
URL structure planning
Site hierarchy and nesting design
Crawl path mapping
AI crawler accessibility review
Architecture documentation
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A site architecture plan showing how every page nests and links within the overall structure.
small black arrow to the right
A crawl path map confirming search engines and AI crawlers can find and understand every page.
009
On-Page Optimization

A page can target the right keyword and still underperform if its title, headings, and structure don't match what the searcher expects, or what an AI system needs in order to parse and cite it correctly.

Titles, headings, meta descriptions, and body copy are aligned to search intent and to how AI systems parse a page, so it performs for both a human reader and a model summarizing the page.

Activities
Title and meta description optimization
Heading structure alignment
Body copy intent alignment
AI-parsing structure review
On-page element auditing
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
Fully optimized titles, headings, meta descriptions, and body copy for every target page.
small black arrow to the right
A page structure confirmed to align with both search intent and AI parsing.
010
Internal Linking Strategy

Internal links either happen by accident or by design, and the pages that need authority most are rarely the ones that get it when linking is left unplanned.

Authority is routed deliberately from your strongest pages to the pages you most need to rank, using a linking structure built around business priority rather than convenience.

Activities
Internal link audit
Authority flow mapping,
Priority page identification
Anchor text planning
Link structure implementation
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
An internal linking map showing how authority flows from your strongest pages to your priority pages.
small black arrow to the right
A prioritized set of linking fixes ready for implementation.
011
Content Refresh & Decay Recovery

Rankings don't usually disappear overnight. They slide slowly as competitors update their content and yours stays frozen with outdated data and structure, and by the time the drop is obvious, the traffic is often already gone.

Pages that used to rank and are now sliding get rewritten with current data, structure, and citations before you lose the traffic entirely, catching the decay while it's still recoverable.

Activities
Ranking decay identification
Content freshness audit
Data and citation updates
Structural rewrite planning
Post-refresh performance monitoring
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A list of declining pages ranked by how much traffic is at risk.
small black arrow to the right
Rewritten pages with current data, structure, and citations, ready to recover lost rankings.
012
Entity Coverage

Search engines and AI models build an understanding of what your brand, product, and category actually are, and that understanding depends on how consistently and accurately those entities are described across your content.

We make sure your brand, product, and category are described the way search engines and AI models expect an authority on the topic to describe them, closing the gap between how you talk about yourself and how the topic is expected to be covered.

Activities
Entity mapping
Entity description consistency audit
Structured data alignment for entities
Authority-language benchmarking
Entity gap fixes
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
An entity map showing how your brand, product, and category are currently understood versus how they should be described.
small black arrow to the right
Updated entity descriptions aligned to what search engines and AI models expect from a topic authority.
013
Technical SEO Fixes

Strong content can still underperform if the technical foundation underneath it is broken. Crawl errors, indexation issues, slow load times, or missing structured data can all quietly cap rankings no matter how good the content is.

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data are audited and fixed so nothing technical caps your rankings, clearing the way for the content work to actually pay off.

Activities
Crawlability audit
Indexation review
Core Web Vitals optimization
Structured data implementation
Technical issue prioritization and fixes
Sitemap creation
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A technical audit report covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
small black arrow to the right
Fixed technical issues confirmed to no longer cap your rankings.
014
Digital PR & Backlinks

Rankings depend on authority, and authority is built by earned coverage and links, not by content alone. Skipping this step leaves even the best-optimized pages competing without the backlink profile that ranking actually requires.

We build the earned coverage and links that authority-dependent rankings rely on, running link building as its own dedicated workstream rather than an afterthought to content production.

Activities
Digital PR campaign planning
Link-worthy asset development
Outreach and coverage placement
Backlink profile analysis
Link quality vetting
Toxic backlinks removal
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A digital PR plan with target publications and link-worthy angles.
small black arrow to the right
Earned coverage and backlinks placed and tracked against your authority goals.
015
SEO Reporting & Attribution

Traffic and ranking reports are easy to produce and easy to ignore, because they rarely show what leadership actually cares about: whether any of it turned into pipeline. A generic dashboard link with no context doesn't answer that question.

We build a named, conversion-tied dashboard mapping traffic through MQL, SQL, and closed-won, so the reporting shows exactly how organic and AI search performance connects to revenue, not just a generic link to a report.

Activities
Conversion-tracking setup
Dashboard build and naming
MQL, SQL, and signup mapping
Attribution model configuration
Toxic backlinks removal
Outputs
small black arrow to the right
A named, conversion-tied dashboard mapping traffic through MQL, SQL, and closed-won.
small black arrow to the right
A recurring reporting cadence tied directly to revenue outcomes, not just traffic and rankings.

We heard these questions before. Here are the answers.

How is B2B SEO different from B2C SEO?

B2B SEO targets a buying committee making a high-value, long-cycle decision, while B2C SEO targets an individual consumer making a faster, lower-value purchase. B2B keywords usually have lower search volume but much higher intent, since the person searching may be one of several stakeholders building a business case internally. That means B2B content needs more depth and technical accuracy, has to speak to multiple roles instead of one buyer, and increasingly needs to perform in AI search tools like ChatGPT, since B2B buyers research extensively before ever contacting sales.

Should I hire an agency or build SEO in-house?

It depends on whether you already have dedicated SEO expertise and the time to let it compound. Building in-house can work well if you can hire specialized talent and commit to it for the long term, but most B2B teams don't have that bandwidth, and AI search specifically is still new enough that few in-house marketers have deep experience with it yet. An agency typically gets you faster execution and specialized expertise across technical SEO, content, and AI visibility without the hiring overhead, which is why most companies without an existing SEO team choose that route.

How long does it take to see SEO results?

Most clients start seeing SEO results within 2 to 3 months, depending on competition, keywords, and the website’s initial state.

SEO is a long-term strategy, so more significant results often take 6–12 months of consistent effort. Patience and ongoing optimization are key to maximizing ROI from SEO.
