As a professional DJ I have worked consistently on the music scene since 1989.
I regularly play anything from one to six hour DJ sets specializing in a vast range of Hip Hop, Break Beat, Electro, Disco, Old School House, Soul, R&B, Funk, Jazz, Ska/Reggae and Latin styles. I am a vinyl junkie but over the past several years have warmed to incorporating Serato into my sets. I started collecting Acid House/Hip-House back in 1987/88 then in 1989 progressed onto Hip Hop, Soul, Jazz/Funk etc.
In 2006/07 I toured with Nightmares on Wax, my main role in the band was: Band DJ (scratching and mixing live intros, chorus lines, outro’s etc). Also, I structured the 4 hour set for the tour with George which we then used at the gigs. Playing: T in the Park, The Big Chill, Fuji Rock Festival, Electronic Beats festival, Sonar Festival, toured Australia on the Good Vibrations Festival and Melt Festival among many others including a sound system UK club tour.
