Viktor, Benjamin Phillis, hails from Los Angeles. As a 22 year old Australian-American, he has adopted both the cultures of Australia and the U.S. Growing up in LA, he started DJ-ing just at the golden era of west coast "rave" culture. Originally taking queues from west coast labels such as Dim Mak Records and Smog Records, he started producing his own music. Now, he is moving much further into the musical ethos, adopting new concepts and experimenting with sampling in order to present another option for electronic music enthusiasts. One of the qualities, upon many, that separates his new found style apart from others, are his influences taken from other genres such as Rock, Hip-Hop, Jazz and RnB.
