With a demonstrated history of Classical musicianship since the age of 5, coupled with a degree in music and recording engineering, tied in with teaching music production to young people, and all wrapped together with endless hours in the studio, this foundation was preparing Tanya to be a noise designer specializing in dark and industrial techno. She has collaborated in projects for live performance, released music and DJ’d at some of the biggest techno parties in the U.S. Tanya combines and layers instruments like PUSH, various MIDI controllers, and sometimes her Mother-32, while beat-matching with traditional DJ technology to create unique hybrid experiences. Impressed with her work, in 2019 Tanya was featured on Femmecult, a podcast bringing awareness to a diverse array of artists, for her contributions to digital audio education.
