Ste Tyson (The Prophets) has returned to DJing regularly after putting together the 'Ste Tyson's Jukebox' radio shows for Sonic Zoo Radio 7 years ago. He has since hosted a number of successful nights (Substance, Vinyl and Funk & Soul) at Ulverston's popular Hope & Anchor pub. Playing an eclectic mix of styles he has DJ’d with the likes of The Lovely Eggs, Meatraffle, Tim Burgess (Charlatans), Bez (Happy Mondays) Mike Joyce (Smiths), Terry Hall (Specials, Funboy 3, Colourfield), Aziz Ibrahim and Inder Goldfinger (Unfinished Monkey Business tour), Tom Hingley (Inspiral Carpets), Dave Haslam (Hacienda) and has performed at a number of local festivals and DJ nights including Orchard Festival, Another Fine Fest, Regrooved (Lancaster), Supersonic (Lancaster), Blackpool’s alternative Another World Music Festival and Ulverston's Retro festival. He currently hosts reasonably regular 'Vinyl' themed nights at The Hope & Anchor in Ulverston.
