Join us, dance and be free at our new monthly Ecstatic dance event in Clerkenwell. Held at the Old Finsbury Town Hall, five mins walk from Farringdon and Angel tube stops, it's the perfect way to kick off your Saturday morning.

Spirit Reset is a conscious event for everyone. We create a loving and inclusive vibe, helping people connect with their deepest inner rhythms and embrace the freedom to dance.

On Saturday the 23rd of March DJ's Spirit1 and TJ Dreamz will each play an hour set across:

- 10:00am Doors open
- 10:30 Opening circle
- 10:40 Ecstatic dance (DJ's TJ Dreamz & Maxi)
- 12:40 Guided meditation (Amrit Karan)
- 13:00 Finish
