Nagoya, Japan
Shigeki discovered his passion for deejaying after he migrated from Japan to Australia; he started spinning at some of the top venues on Sydney's Oxford Street in 2002, and played at big events such as Sydney Mardi Gras Party, Big Queer Nation, Sydney Harbour Party, Toy Box and Tropical Fruits to name but a few.
In 2008, Shigeki relocated to Singapore and has grown his international following; he has played at Phuture at Zouk and KU DÉ TA in Singapore, as well as Atlantis Cruises and Wonderfruit (TH). He held residencies at CÉ LA VI, Truffle Thursdays, Man About Town and Yum Yum Disco Dong. He has played alongside international legends including Paul Goodyear, Wayne G, Francois K, Horse Meat Disco, Midland and Robert Owen.
Having migrated back to Nagoya, Shigeki continues to travel around the world for gigs and lock himself in the studio for making reedits, mashups and remixes. His sets reflect his love of soulful house, classic disco, italo disco, and anything that catches his ears.
