Stingray - Miami’s Tribal King, DJ STINGRAY BIOGRAPHY:
New York native, South Beach Miami resident, DJ Stingray embraced his love of music at an early age. His father (a musician) and his uncle (a DJ) provided him the foundation to pursue this passion from his first experience at the age of 10. With his uncle’s guidance, he learned fundamental DJ skills that led to him duplicating spins, switches and mixes and evolved to generating his own style carrying him through to achieving his Liberal Arts Degree at the University of Albany.
Further cementing his calling, Stingray has been featured at the most legendary hot spots in NY, including The Devil's Nest, Red Zone, Webster Hall, and many others. Stingray has shared the spotlight of New York's world-renown Dj scene with such talents as Larry Levan, Todd Terry, Junior Vasquez, and Little Louie Vega. Following his passion landed him on Miami’s South Beach club scene. He continues to make his mark with residencies at such clubs as Blue
