Carlos Quitério is a fine-artist and illustrator born in 1980, in the beautiful Nazaré village. He has started his freelancing carreer in graphic-design and illustration by 1999, to support his fine-art graduation expenses and formation.
The 'rush' between 2002-2005, while requested to showcase, exhibit and contribute for some of the most prestigious Editorials, Art Centres, and Brands over the USA and Europe, made him explore and express over a "miscellanea" of cross-media influences in experiments and professional tasks, mostly via illustration, allowing him to develop trend-marking styles and fresh graphic approaches inherent on his artworks, while serving clients as well, doing this to the present.
Carlos is now working in a variety of commissions, mostly illustrating and designing for editorials, institutions, artists, privates and brands, while keeping a parallel fine-arts work under the painting, drawing and mixed-media support
