Phineas is the primary creative force behind a 'Latent-Einstein Outreach Ministry' comprised mostly of 'mutated MetaMedia audio mixes for the 'Not-That-Reality-Oriented'. He is a self-styled 'MetaMediagician'.
Phineas has worked creatively with such groups as Negativland, Bran Flakes, The Evolution Control Committee and Big City Orchestra and at KPFA and KFJC radio stations creatively under the auspice 'The National Cynical Network' (NCN). His work there has been lauded by the late legendary comedian George Carlin and mainstream media critics.
Since 2003, he has worked mostly at home on online based projects. In 2024, he initialized 'The Hope Club' (THC) Project inside of NCN which seeks to be a therapeutic audio ministry which he envisions as a sonic palliative effort which can effectively replace drugs.
