Based on the Northernmost tip of England, at the crossroads with Scotland, North Fire Sound is a sound system collective with a passionate belief in music without borders. Influenced by Jamaican sound system, global rhythms, and electronic dance music culture, North Fire Sound bring the wildness, freedom and beauty of their surroundings to their music. Their family-focused events are driven by their love of nature and community.
North Fire’s sound rig design was overseen by Breezak Bass of Glasgow’s mighty Mungo’s HiFi. They inherited Mungo’s iconic and longstanding Dub and Grub event, which they have curated with love and care.
North Fire Sound are keeping the flames burning for their region and its culture, but the musical fire is spreading worldwide.
