born 1972 and grown up in basel switzerland, in his early years dj maychay came in contact with all the great old psychedelic rock bands and enjoyed their music. he came in touch with the trance and psytrance-goa party scene in the early 90s. he worked for one of the first technoid record store`s in basel, voxton rec. and tried his first mixes with trancerecords in the store. after years of working with and for different party orgs and deco teams like voxton rec. planet e, happy people, bluebutterfly, and others he started his own partyorg called "e-" and started to play on his party as beginner or as last. In the moment "e-" still exist in the background but the main project of dj maychay in the moment is " ZwischenKultur" a psy-culture-club with house and ground close to basel, focused on psytrance-goa. sometimes he also produce his own goa sounds but in the moment for fun and not to release to the public.
