Since October 2016, a group of friend recruiters in the footsteps of Professor Daniel J. Levitin have decided to make people dance and see how they react to the different sounds they offer.
Professor Daniel J. Levitin, from the Department of Psychology at McGill University, has achieved success and experience in physical and mental health.
Music was effective in reducing obsession, the love hormone, which in turn produces dopamine, thus making us motivated and satisfied.
But more importantly, he was able to document the neurochemical mechanisms in four areas in which music takes effect:
- mood management;
- stress;
- of immunity;
- as an aid in social bonds.
