I fell in love with dance music while living in Barcelona and traveling around Europe. The energy on the dance floors and between the people was infectious. I hadn’t been exposed to anything like it up until that point. Once I returned to the states, I started DJing because I wanted to share that energy with my friends. The electronic dance music scene in this country was just starting to enter into a new level of popularity and exposure.
As the scene continued to grow, so did I; I was finishing up my last year as a student at UCLA and moving into the next phase of my life. After college, I did another short stint in Europe before returning to LA to pursue art and music. By chance, I landed a job at a yoga, breathwork, meditation and movement studio in West Los Angeles called the Hub.
