Born in unseeded Coast Salish territory called East Vancouver, Canada, Michael Arthur Riel is French and Cree on his Father Arthur’s side and Irish and Scottish on his Mother Susan’s side. Michael is a descendant of the leader of the Red River Resistance Louis Riel.
Michael Arthur (Mars) Riel aka. Infinity Frequency has been playing with sound since he was five, when his mother bought him his first ghetto blaster with a three band equalizer. Since then his curiosity regarding technology and sound has taken him on a curious journey through world of music.
With a love for varoius genres of music Michael has special place in his heart for creating a psychadelic atmosphere of exploration, nurturing, movement, space and presence through the auditory experience.
With great honour and appreciation for creators and listeners everywhere Michael shares his humble creation with much gratitude.
