Ever since 88 Hiten always had an ear for all types of music, from listening to Indian, urban, reggae, soca,calypso, old school and other genre of music he wanted to pursue a carrier in music. Weather if it was playing instruments, writing, dj'n, producing, or even promoting. Hiten started off mixing on his double tape deck radio by mixing two tapes at the same time to practice his mixing skills. Years later he got hooked up with one montreal's pioneer dj "MAHESH" who showed Hiten the ropes of not just the music but also the business side of dj'n, Hiten began to venture for venues at local clubs, private engagements, and other social party type events. One of his 1st events accord playing aside with montreal's now known him as the "DRUNKEN DREAD" dj BLASTER.
