Growing up on a diet of diverse music provided by family’s collection of music and eventually being a regular in the local party scene, Hakim decided to switch on to the other side of the dance floor. He decided to foray into DJing under the guidance of Pop Studio DJ in 2016 and have been dropping nu jazz, downtempo, underground hip-hop, soul and trip-hop ever since at big rooms such as CATO & Zouk Singapore, alternative venues such as The Substation, festivals such as 100 Bands also pop up parties like Ice Cream Sundays
