London based DJ Sven Jon burst onto the vibrant, diverse and highly competitive London club scene in 2012 with his unique blend of underground progressive, tech and tribal house music and was quickly rewarded with weekly residencies at Desire Afterhours at Club Covert and renowned Friday night party Fitladz at Barcode London. Although originally learning his craft on vinyl, it was a further 10 years before he met Award Winning DJ Steven Geller who mentored him to really push and believe in his musical style and find his sound. With a natural ear and ability for rhythms, beats and melodies, he was soon impressing audiences and promoters alike. Sven's early influences were clubbing and working at clubs such as Trade, Twist and Riot where although hard house and techno were prevalent, it gave him the perfect grounding to understand and read a crowd. Gathering a loyal following, Sven Jon is definitely a name to look out for if deeper tech grooves are what move you.
