EDM Producer / Engineer and Club Remixer
DJ RiPMAN (Rob Uhrina) is an EDM, trance, house, and industrial music producer and remixer. He has served residency at numerous Chicago nightclubs and as a promotional DJ for renowned artists like Nine Inch Nails, Coldplay, Madonna, and Eminem.
As a former industry reviewer for Progressive Dance Promotions, he charted EDM singles for Alternative Press magazine. He spoke at numerous music conferences such as CES, NAMM, and the Winter Music Conference and contributed to books on music editing and remixing.
During the mid-90s, DJ RiPMAN founded several large-venue, Chicago nightclubs, running music and promotions and frequently hosted artist releases with Chicago radio station Q101 and international labels AOL/Time Warner and TVT/Wax Trax.
While retired from active DJing, he still produces mixes from his home studio. Firestorm, his 15th release, achieved top EDM Mixcloud rankings, charting #1 in the U.S. and #10 worldwide in January 2022.
