DJ Emello is a French DJ from the south of France, born in the 1970s. He is known for his performances in the House and Techno genres, blending catchy rhythms and punchy basslines, often with a nostalgic touch inspired by the history of house music. He grew up in an environment influenced by funk and disco thanks to his family of night owls, before discovering house music in the late 1980s through artists such as Inner City, Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins, and Derrick May. He started DJing in the 1990s in local bars, then made a name for himself in bigger clubs in France as well as residencies in Spain and Italy, in the US sharing the stage with artists like Dave Clarke, Jeff Mills or Monika Kruse, His career has grown thanks to his ability to captivate dancefloors with energetic sets that fuse cutting-edge House with groovy Techno that is formidable on dancefloors.
