Started Djing with my good friends Natty-Dred and Dj Rowan AKA Headworks at the age of 18. We learnt to mix with different styles: Hip-hop, Techno, Psy Trance, DnB. This grew into a love of exploring music and genres. I started out on a pair of crappy belt drive turntables and learnt the ropes from there.
I enjoy making mixes that explore the dancefloor and speak to my inner cravings. I love soundsystem culture and particularly the low end frequencies.
I use various tech to dj, from software and old school vinyl sets. My 7" collection is growing and i'm always on the look for old dub/reggae classics.
Here you can expect everything from Deep tech, Dubstep, Roots Reggae, DnB, Afro-Tech and world music. I also have a growing collection of Brazilian batucada and hidden gems from the 60's and 70's golden era of Brazilian music.
Music and Capoeira are my passion and I hope I can share some of it with you here.
