DJ Cal Z (Orlan) is the first Zouk dj in Los Angeles and Orange County. He performed in several big events such as USA Bachata Kizomba Festival in NJ, LA Zouk Congress both Zouk and Kizomba rooms, and the Zouk and Kizomba rooms in several festivals such as Las Vegas Salsa Congress, Los Angeles Spring and Summer Bachata Festival, Grand Canyon, and LA Grizzly Dance Festival. He also performed at festivals in Europe; Portugal Symposium Kizomba Zouk, Amsterdam Zouk Summer Breeze and Zouk in Copenhagen. He's an avid dancer who knows many dance genres such as Salsa on1/on2/Cuban, WCS, HipHop, some Tango & Samba, Chachacha and have been introducing Zouk and Kizomba music and dance basics at The Granada LA. His dj gigs included The Granada LA, Sevilla Club Long Beach, LA Salsa Lounge, various clubs in Hollywood. DJ Cal Z is dedicated to hobby as the local organizer of International Zouk Day, teaching yearly flashmob choreography and playing music for Zouk LA - SWOUK Social.
